Soft boiled egg peeling
How do yall peel your soft boiled eggs? I boil them, I put them in a cool bowl of water, in the freezer for a short period of time because I don’t have ice. And then take them out when fully cooled and do the usual crack and try to peel em but they fall apart.
I’m currently trying the crack, roll (but super softly) soak in water at room temperature and try to peel but idk if that’ll work. How do yall do it?

what kind of ramen is enoki mushrooms good in?
i want to try enoki mushrooms as they look super delicious.. what kind of ramen should i put them in (tonkotsu or miso? another im not aware of?) i want to prepare them correctly as well... eat them as they should be eaten. any tips?
