Do I mix together the tare and broth when I add it to the bowl?
I'm following u/ramen_lord's miso recipe as detailed in the e-book, but I can't find if I need to mix the tare with the broth when I add it to the bowl.
Do I dump it on top? Do I put it in first and then the broth? Mix it together?

Homemade seasoning for instant ramen?
Anyone has a recipe for homemade seasoning for instant ramen? Instant ramen costs waaaay too much where I live so I found packets of instant noodles and now I'm looking for a recipe for the seasoning. I like spicy but not too spicy, just not plain.

All of the recipes I see either require you to boil chicken bones or veggies or whatever for hours and have a ton of steps.

Re-use egg marinade?
Can I re-use the liquid I let my eggs soak in for a few days? It's water, soy sauce and mirin. I only did a few eggs because it was my first time, but I liked them so can I just re-use this liquid with more eggs? For how long?

What toppings to add to Ramen when you are sick?
My girlfriend has a cold, and instant ramen is a comfort food for her. What are some things that you would add to ramen when you are sick? My thoughts are to get her miso or gochujang, as well as seaweed. Maybe some vegetables as well.
