Can anyone help me identify a product please???!?! 1990's Pancit Palabock or Pablock I believe from the Philippines. Help!!!!! Lifelong search here!
When I was a kid my dad was buying a store from a man from the Philippines that was going to be moving back. For a short time he stayed with us right before he left. When he left he left a few items in our pantry. My dad threw most of it out but there was this magical, absolutely heavenly product left that I absolutely adored and now don't really know what it is.
It came in a packet similar to all ramen. Just a square pack with a square foil seasoning pack and some noodles/veggies. I can't tell you a flavor because I'm not entirely sure this thing has a specified flavor. It was a very special type of noodle, and if I'm not mistaken there was an oil pack similar to Nissin Chow Mein, but it didn't have liquid seasoning in it also, just the oil.
This was in the 1990's and my brain tells me - it was called Pancit Palabock, but anytime I search for it online I can't find it. I know for a fact I had a similar product but it's as if it never existed. I do believe it would've been Philipeno, as I remember him being into his culture and he took my dad there to find a wife (didn't work out) can anyone help?
TLDR (sorry about that) I'm just bitching because I can't find a product I had and maybe you can help if you're familiar with 1990's ethnic ramen? You aren't? Who would be!
Thanks in advance!

How to make it authentic?
I made pot roast (beef carrots, and potatoes) another night and I wanted to use up the leftovers. I originally thought about just add beef broth to it. So I could make it as ramen soup but i feel like it’s off. I’m planning to add green onions, mirin sauce and eggs. However, Something’s missing, do I add soy sauce or how to make it tasty?

The newly released Samyang x3 ramen
I'm a big fan of the x2 spicy and don't feel like it's this big challenge that is portrayed on social media. It's just tasty, the spice builds and it's an intense kick, but it's never seemed TOO bad. I like to have it once or week or so - best on the market for instant imo.
I thought... what could go wrong with the x3? I got a massive shock and I was tapping out and didn't get back to normal for half an hour afterwards. It is ridiculous. I've ordered a load of packs and I'm scared to touch them now.
Fair play Samyang, fair play. You really meant it with this one.
