Non-Spicy Seafood Ramen?
I wish I got into spicy ramen but I am weak when it comes to spice. But I really like instant ramen. I have had the Maruchan brand growing up (mostly the cup version) but I can no longer stand the taste of it. Does anyone else have any other suggestions for a seafood-based ramen that isn't spicy? I am willing to try other flavors too or creating my own, I just can't spicy ramen, unfortunately. Thank you all

Food Restriction Jjapaguri / Chapaguri
Hi!
So, I'd really love to try Jjapaguri / Chapaguri, but the people eating this dish have food restrictions. There is unfortunately a severe egg and milk allergy, and I cannot have shellfish ("made in facility that also processes shellfish" may be ok, possibly). I already found a Jjajang we can have - Ottogi Jin Jjajang - but am having trouble finding a Neoguri substitute. I'd be okay to do a DIY in which I buy the noodles separate and the broth separate, so I'd appreciate also if anyone has suggestions for Neoguri-like broths that don't have shellfish as I'd rather not have to make my own broth if possible.
