Building a Yatai
So my summer project this year is to build a little street cart I can move on a trailer and serve ramen to maybe 30 people in a night.
The problem is that I can’t find any sort of blueprints or build guide to go off of. I know the majority of carts are built by the owner and are passed down when they retire. I watched dozens of hours of YouTube content and I think I have some good ideas but I wanted to ask the internet on recommendations. Any ideas where to start?
