A ratio question
I posted my ramen the other day and mentioned that I used way too much broth and the noodles sank to the bottom, as did the other ingredients (or at the very least, they didn't sit on top like they should.
I remade it a few night later -- same thing!
I am clearly overzealous with the broth I made but I want to know what everyone else's ratios are. This last time, as I was eating it, I realized there was way too little tare and too much broth. I added tare as I ate it but that got all messy because the ingredients on top fought as I tried to mix in the tare.
Obvi I'm a total novice, so I'm dying to know: what are the ratios of broth to tare that you guys use? I want those beautiful pictures (and more importantly, that great flavor) that the rest of you seem to have :)

TableCheck FastPass: How to skip the queue at Tokyo's best ramen shops
Founder/CTO of TableCheck here. In collaboration with Tokyo's legendary ramen restaurants like [Ginza Hachigou](https://guide.michelin.com/jp/en/tokyo-region/tokyo/restaurant/chukasoba-ginza-hachigo) and [Ramen Break Beats](https://www.instagram.com/ramenbreakbeats) we've just launched a new service called "FastPass" which lets you skip the 2+ hour queue for a modest fee (390-500 yen per person.)
You can [check out FastPass here](https://www.tablecheck.com/en/promo/fastpass/). Currently there are only 6 restaurants listed but we'll be adding around 10 new ones each month.
**Feel free to ask me any questions,** this is my first time posting in r/ramen but I do post in other Japan and food Reddits.
More info:
* FastPass allows you to book a specific seating time, without queueing. The usual queue time for these restaurants is 2 hours or longer.
* Many of the venues are selling out instantly, but they release new seats weekly. Ramen Break Beats for example opens new seating every Sunday at 10am Japan time.
* AFAIK this is the first time such a service has been done in Japan. We worked closely with the restaurant owners to achieve it.
* As our business model, currently we are giving most of the FastPass fees to the restaurants, but our company may take a larger cut next year (TBD). We invest all our revenue back into hiring and building more services for foodies!!
*(\* My sincere apologies if this post is considered "promotion", I thought it would be legitimately useful for the audience to know. My team and I worked very hard to build this service for ramen lovers!!)*

What are your ramen pet peeves?
There are no wrong answers, only your answers.
When I get served half an egg. What do they do with the other half, is it just sitting there for the next order? Also you wouldn’t eat half a fried egg, it’s weird. Why shouldn’t it be the same for a ramen egg?
Also when I see videos of the making of a bowl where it’s tare then noodles then the broth. I feel like soup needs to be mixed into the tare before being combined with the noodles. Sometimes certain noodles end up being more seasoned than normal because they were in contact with the tare and it doesn’t always get mixed through as well (especially if it’s a miso paste) unless you agitate the noodles too much.

Easiest to hardest ramen recipes
Hey, I would like to get into ramen making after having watched Alex (French guy cooking) 's videos on the subject.
Are there any ramen recipes that require less work than others ?
Which ones would you consider for a beginner ?
What I wanna avoid starting with are recipes that require 10+ hours for making the broth.
Any advice is also appreciated :D
