Homemade ramen.
Looking to make home make ramen. I have done it once before but was looking for advice. I have the homemade noodles down. I am thinking for the broth using Kettle and Fire bone broth, then adding some short rib bones, and maybe some vegetables. The meat is going to be thin slices rib eye I think it’s called Yakiniku. For the rest I will do corn, bean sprouts, spring onion, maybe baby corn and a soy pickled egg..
What’s everyone’s thoughts.. suggestions are welcome

Any instant ramen that does not use palm oil?
I’m currently not consuming or supporting brands that use palm oil. Meat products are fine, I’m not vegan or anything. I would appreciate some suggestions! I’ve tried looking into it but each and every time I’ve come up empty handed. I used to live off of instant ramen.

I was told in r\/PeterExplainsTheJoke that this had something to do with Ramen. Other than the logo which I researched what's this got to do with the ppl in the background?

Whole grain noodle?
Hi folks! Long time eater, first time writer.
Is there any supermarket or internet-order-available whole grain ramen noodle that is also worth eating? Doesn't need to be as good as fresh; does need to be better than freeze-dried bricks.
Thanks much!

Does anyone here have a good authentic recipe for Aburasoba?
It was my favourite lunch during my Waseda Uni years but I can't seem to find any good recipes online or in this forum. It's also one of the few Ramen dishes that I can't buy in a shop in Europe... Any help?

I didn’t like the Buldak Carbonara
I did the whole tiktok nine yards by adding the cream, egg, kimchi, and cheese. I’m not a picky eater whatsoever and it’s very rare for me to find food I don’t like. But the ramen came out almost slimy and had literally no flavor but an off-putting sweetness. The spice wasn’t the problem at all I love spicy food but for some reason I just really didn’t like it. I want to try again since I bought the whole pack but I might just give it away to a friend. Has anyone else had this experience?
