Can anyone help me find frozen ramen kits that ship to me?(Ohio)
I tried doing a search, and all the places that look amazing don’t ship to me. Amazon is always iffy, but I’m willing to use them if anyone has experience with specific shippers.
And while yes, I do have a few really good places close to me, it’s an…ordeal to go get some. So yeah, does anyone know of any places that’ll ship me complete bowls of frozen ramen?

Trying to figure out cooking time by weight for chashu
I just made chashu for the second time, and this time it turned out *significantly* less tender than the last time. It wasn't dry, but it felt like it could have cooked longer. The recipe I used called for 2 hours of braising, after searing all sides of the roll. It also called for a 1kg piece of pork. I had a 2kg roll of pork this time and made the mistake of using the same braising time, but I can't find any info on cook time for larger chunks of meat; all the recipes I'm finding are for 1kg or less.
Does anyone know of a cooking time rule that I can follow depending on the weight of my chashu roll?

When to add miso paste
Upgrading some instant ramen (Shin) tonight for dinner. Bought some white miso paste from Trader Joe's and was wondering when to add it. Reading different things and to not add to boiling water.
I was going to do the method that involves egg yolk, gochujang sauce, soy sauce, ramen packets, and stir. Then add ramen water and then add in noodles. Top with green onions and chili crunch and whatever else you want. Do I add miso paste with the yolk etc?

Ocean’s Halo Coconut Thai Ramen
I just wanted to come here and say this has to be the worst cup of noodle I have ever had in my entire life. I didn’t even cook it the full 4 minutes and my noodles are beyond soft. It’s like eating baby food and i don’t know who approved the taste. It taste NOTHING like Thai coconut soup.
