Im prepared for the comments, but i want to make different “ramen”
I’ve got this idea, as an italian-American, to make popular Italian soups in the style of ramen.
My initial thoughts are to attempt a ramen version of Pasta Fagioli or Italian Wedding soup. Replacing the pasta with ramen noodles and giving them a more ramen-like presentation.

Can anyone help me find frozen ramen kits that ship to me?(Ohio)
I tried doing a search, and all the places that look amazing don’t ship to me. Amazon is always iffy, but I’m willing to use them if anyone has experience with specific shippers.
And while yes, I do have a few really good places close to me, it’s an…ordeal to go get some. So yeah, does anyone know of any places that’ll ship me complete bowls of frozen ramen?

Trying to figure out cooking time by weight for chashu
I just made chashu for the second time, and this time it turned out *significantly* less tender than the last time. It wasn't dry, but it felt like it could have cooked longer. The recipe I used called for 2 hours of braising, after searing all sides of the roll. It also called for a 1kg piece of pork. I had a 2kg roll of pork this time and made the mistake of using the same braising time, but I can't find any info on cook time for larger chunks of meat; all the recipes I'm finding are for 1kg or less.
Does anyone know of a cooking time rule that I can follow depending on the weight of my chashu roll?
