What to do with noodles?
I used up my tastemaker seasoning packets (nongshin ramen) to make up fried rice. Now i'm left with just the plain noodles...any recipe ideas for that one? I don't want them to go to waste.

Pre-made broth UK
I want more ramen in my life and to be able to have it from home. At the moment, I really can't bring bothered to make a base broth from scratch and take 12 hours on it or buy all the ingredients for tonkotsu etc. Though that is on the plan at some point.
In the UK, what are peoples recommendations for the broth that I can buy from supermarkets?

Ramen Nagi—Which of Ramen Lord’s recipes is closest to this?
I was in Tokyo recently and had the pleasure of experiencing Ramen at Ramen Nagi in Shinjuku and desperately want to recreate it. I’ve read that a lot of flavor in their broth comes from anchovies—the Eifukucho Taishoken style Chintan broth in Ramen Lords book is significantly heavier in anchovies than the others so I figure it’s closer to what I want, but the quantity of dried fish makes it a little pricey so I wanted to ask if anyone has tried it (or any other recipe) and can attest that it is actually similar to Ramen Nagi’s broth

Help me
Hello guys, i have a buldak ramen, I didn’t use all the sauce, so now I have some left that I want to use but I don’t know how because I don’t have any noodles, there is any alternative pasta? I tried spaghetti but they were dry and not soft like the standard ramen/noodles. Can anyone help me?
