Tonkatsu broth concentrate?
This stuff used to be the best tonkatsu concentrate that you could buy. I used to get it on Amazon but it looks like it is discontinued. Is there anywhere else I can get this? If not, is there anything similar?

Looking at trying to make Tonkotsu ramen.
Hi everyone!
I've recently been tol ramen restaurants and absolutely adore the flavours of the broth and wanting to practice at making some good dishes for winter in Australia in the coming part of the year.
I've been reaching out to local butchers, all who say they only can offer Pork spines, (guessing similar to necks) and trotters. The butcher that has both and offering a low cost says they usually take as much meat off as possible and was wondering how if I could just purchase a small amount of pork meat to substitute what would be missing?
I've been looking at the recipe Ramen Lord has for the pressure cooker and am keen to try, but thought I'd ask before I potentially make a bland broth.
Thanks heaps :)

Hey there! What is your favourite non spicy instant ramen?
Hi guys, I'm looking for some instant ramen that is medium/little to non spicy for my boyfriend to try.
I bought some Samyang Carbonara ones and we were both crying for how hot they were to us! :( We had to literally wash them down with water in order to still eat them and not waste them.
The second time I tried using just a portion of the hot packet but then, rightfully so, the ramen was not as flavourful as I would have liked.
So yeah, what are your favs/recommendations? We both prefer meat over fish as well!
Thanks in advance :)
EDIT: forgot to mention I'm from EU (Italy)!

If you don't like the taste of egg in your noodles try this.
I am trying to add eggs to my noodles for the added nutritional value, not because of the flavor.
I like eggs prepared in many ways but as their own thing in a sandwich. fried eggs or egg mayo as an example.

But I just can't get into adding eggs to my noodles. It's so overpowering.

First I tried just cracking it in while the noodles cook. But I needed to cook for a while for the egg to cook through. when I ate it, the egg was so overpowering in its egg flavor and I just didn't like it.

next, I tried frying the egg so I could add seasonings. Again, the egg flavor was overpowering the simple noodle flavoring.

Next, I tried whisking the egg and adding it to the broth to cook with it so the flavor becomes 1. I tempered it first of course. This thickens the broth so make sure your noodles are precooked. This time, the egg flavor wasn't so overpowering but I also used a stronger seasoning.

Another way that masked the egg flavor was to brine a boiled egg in the noodle seasoning for a few hours.
