First try at homemade tori chintan ramen

Tori chintan broth worked up with dashi and shiitake-seaweed broth, and miso tare. Toppings: ssm marinated egg, chicken pieces marinated and wokked in shio koji, Gochujang, etc. Full umami explosion. Blissfully delicious.

Instant ramen question
Hey, so I have a weird thing about textures. To me, Maruchan’s noodles have a really good texture. I can eat them and not think about it.
But I would love to love other brands as well.
Does anyone know of any other ramen brands that have noodles with the same texture as Maruchan PACKS (not their cups).
