Highly specific recommendation requested
Please ramen lovers, I'm desperate!
I fell in love with ramen in Seattle. Specifically, Kizuki Ramen's garlic tonkotsu shoyu. No matter how many times I've tried ramen at other locations, none have matched it's consistency or flavor.
I've moved to Florida and the search has continued but never have I found noodles so succulent.
I'm in Orlando currently and I'd like to try another bowl. I had Domu last time I was here and was disappointed after seeing all the positive attention it gets that it still didn't compete with my favorite bowl.
Is there any place that competes with the thick garlicky goodness of Kizuki ramen in Orlando? Have my expectations been ruined forever by the exceeding skills of my first love?

Help me remember the brand
I’ve been searching for two days and spent 20$ but with no luck on trying to find the type of ramen I had before. I can remember it came with a packet of white like oil paste that you added the seasoning and soy sauce and mixed it all together then add the noodles without water. It was so delicious if anyone has any idea if really appreciate it.

Really tasty spicy soy sauce from Momofuku, the noodle from A-sha is just not my favorite shape or texture, though they were still good with the big Portuguese sardine from Conservas Atimanel, and I made the kimchi pickles, preserved lemon, and furikake... they are seriously amazing and made everyth

mason jar ramen
I saw on another Social Media platform that people are making their own mason jar ramen. I'm looking for ideas on how to do that. I did a quick Amazon search for dried meat (chicken/beef) it is like a billion dollars. I'm thinking frozen peas/carrots. shredded carrots, a little bit of powdered chicken or beef bullion, and thin rice noodles. other ideas?

Any recommendations to add some heat to instant ramen?
Right now I’m adding some chili crisps but I have to add so much and the heat is barely noticeable.

Just found the best way to reheat leftover ramen
A bunch of people said it couldnt be done. I put the whole container in some water around 160F. 6-7 mins the gelatinous mass turned to liquid. strained it. heated the broth until it was hot enough to heat the noodles, etc., it was arguably better than when i had it the first time.
most resturant soup containers are made from polypropylene (PP), which apparently doesnt leach toxins in boiling water, but to be safe i put it in hot water, while listening to some good jazz.

Ramen question
What is the name of the somewhat controversial ramen that has like a mountain of toppings on top? I think it’s like shave onions or shaved beef.
