Help with hiigh whole wheat content noodles
Hi I'm new to homemade noodle making. I would like to make some noodles with the ratio about 70-80% ww and 20-30% regular wheat but I've been unable to find some good info. I've seen noodles sold like this so it must be possible to make but I don't know how. Appreciate all help!

What are some good Ramen brands?
I'm from India and can't find any of the usual ramen recommendations. I'm also vew new so I can't tell which one is good. The major problem being that majority of ramen packets I find are just some spicy korean noodles which I end up hating. I wanna know which ones I should buy, and if possible also reccomend some cup noodles too🙏

Common items/suggestions
Oh mighty ramen lords I have questions for thè.
I have been making some random bits of ramen/soups and such. But I’m looking to expand on and make a proper shopping list I can regularly rely on.

Buldak spice substitute
So, I just found out that the extreme amount of capsaicin in the Buldak spice packs can irritate people with IBS (me haha) and since I'm so in love with this damn stuff, does anyone have an alternative recipe for the spice/sauce that is less irritating to the stomach?
