Miso Tare by combining raw miso + shoyu tare?
I happen to have some miso around while making this batch of ramen, but don't have ingredients on hand to do ramenlord's Miso Tare. I have some Shoyu Tare from my last batch of ramen I was going to use, but how well does making Miso Tare by mixing Shoyu tare work (if at all)?
I saw one recipe online that suggested mixing 30g Miso + 15g Shoyu Tare, so I thought Id try it out, but wasnt sure if anyone had experience with it

Recently got addicted to instant ramen but want to make healthier version from scratch
I’ve been making my own version of instant ramen at home with ready made packet noodles. I usually add a little white miso paste, homemade chicken jus, coconut milk and random other things like spring onions, mushrooms, tofu, egg etc. I’m aware this isn’t the healthiest option and would like to make a clean/healthy version.
Going to an Asian supermarket soon to buy some fresh noodles. What other things should I look out for that can be used to make the best tasting ramen?
