Help Me Choose!
Recently went down a rabbit hole of ramen hacks and upgrades (as a ramen lover, how did I not know of these before?!), and I'm now looking into different brands to try these recipes with.
The video that I initially watched mostly used Shin (red) ramen, which I'm familiar with and will be grabbing:
But then I'm also considering trying JML (green bag or the pork bone broth) and Sapporo Tonkatsu as well.. I've just never really branched out in terms of my instant ramen so I'm stuck. Are either of these brands any good? I'm a huge fan of good noodles - I like them a bit chewy (so samyang has been good - but I dislike their seasoning) but can cook any to my desired texture.
I need help from more experienced ramen connesieurs! What brands do you prefer?
