Dimensional Depot actually is fucking genius game design
I always thought that a form of teleportation should exist to avoid "supply round trips", and honestly this is the best way to do it.
It beautifully solves the biggest hassles of the game. It can be sort of optimized to make more items available for the pioneer, free inventory slots or eventually set up some low throughput factories, but it cannot be abused to teleport large quantities of items
The mercer sphere limitation forces the player to make choices : should I upload this item, or get the upgrade ? Should I look for more spheres ?
The upgrades allow to nicely scale up the depot capabilities with our factory and items requirements.
I love this game since day one of the alpha release, but this depot makes it much more enjoyable !
Shout-out to the person who imagined this idea, to the designer who improved it, to the devs who implemented it, this game is a pure gem, and it probably was the last imperfection of the gem

This alternate recipe for Rotors uses 52 Screws and produces 3 Rotors. 52/3=17.33... which means either one of the outputted Rotors has one more screw than the other 2, or that all 3 Rotors have a component that is just a Screw cut into 3 pieces.

Quad-stack Caterium Ingot Smeltery
Almost finished! The exterior platform still needs some work.
It's four lasagna stacks inside one shell (each with three layers of four smelters), with nice walkways in between.
1980 caterium ore input, 660 ingots output. Could have been done more compact, but i always wanted to try four stacks in one building. Turns out, it's confusing as heck to walk inside, i easily lose orientation.

Maybe it's just me...
but when watching Jace's last video, I was bummed to hear we wouldn't be getting any more biomes. Maybe it's the times that I've spent re-starting but it seems like the exploration aspect has left the game and I miss that.
