Can we talk for a second about how extremely ambitious 1.4.5 is?
(some spoilers about 1.4.5, read at your own discretion)

I've been playing Terraria since pre-1.2, and when the update came out with over 1200 new items (and the map, and other really cool mechanics), I believed there was no way they could be more than that - I actually remember talking to a friend about how super awesome it was to put a torch directly on the wall, thinking it was the pinnacle of Terraria -. And of course, even when considering quality vs. quantity, Terraria had both together, enhancing all areas of the game: mining, fishing, building, music, ambiance, weapons, accessories, vanity items, among many other factors that you and I love. And time went by, with more and more incredible updates (and one or two controversial ones, but which ended up becoming an incredible feature later on, such as "bad torch luck" and Torch God). Not to mention the crossovers, both smaller ones like Edge of Space and Minecraft, and bigger ones like Dungeon Defenders 2 and Don't Starve Together.
Yes, but what do I mean by ambitious? In this next update, we'll have:
A great crossover with Dead Cells;
Development in fishing;
A whole deconstruction of the way worlds are generated (whether by skyblock, or the "vampire" map, and others that we don't even know how);
New music (personally, music has always been a highlight of the game for me);
More inclusion in character building;
The whole Tree vs. Axe war;
New whips!
New blocks, accessories and items in general, as well as new mechanics for existing items like the Flairon;
Shimmer Gun!
New achievements!
Boulder Update! (ugh...)
Transformation Mounts!
THAT'S A LOTSA STUFF!!!
For a moment, I thought there wouldn't be so much development on the building side (yes, it would), until I saw yesterday's update with the Mitey-Titey (which was something everyone was waiting for after the Rubblemaker). And I swear, if they make it possible to put breakable pots on the ground (and who knows, put items in them?), I'm going to flip a biscuit.
It's like having a bit of every past update, but with even more cool stuff, and it's not even 1.5 yet! I'm not even talking about cross-play (which won't be in this update, but the Terraria team sees it as an ultimate goal).
At least for me, this update is even more ambitious than Labor of Love or Journey's End, not in the sense of novelty, but in the sense of tying up loose ends, and making a single world self-sufficient (and ambitiously adding even more things to this world, which is already very full, and is still inside a Terrarium).
At this point I probably sound like I'm fangirling over the game (which I am, anyway), but I've been playing it casually for over 10 years, and for every world I create, it's a different way of having fun, and it's surprising that they're still adding free updates to a game that's already a complete package for a nice price. Thank you very much to the Terraria team for all these years, not just by adding content, but by interacting with fans in a healthy way. Both the most recent members (btw, congratulations Chicken Bones!) and those who are no longer with us. You guys have been a part of a LOT of my life without even knowing it.

Finally, happy new year to whoever is reading, I wrote hoping to talk about this update and how many things it had, but I ended up with a love letter to Terraria lol. Please tell me what you're most looking forward to in 1.4.5 (apart from the boulders, of course), thank you.
TL;DR: Happy new year! 1.4.5 is a huge update, and more ambitious than the previous ones in terms of wrapping up loose ends (while adding even more stuff), and I'm loving it. What are you looking forward to most about this update?

Is there a block that can only be grappled?
I need a block that I can walk through on any side but I should still be able to grapple on to it? Is there a block out there?
