USA-NC H Thinkpad Thunderbolt 3 Dock (40AC) W PayPal
I've got an extra Thunderbolt dock, as I needed to upgrade to the Gen 2 version of this dock to support a much newer system. I've used this particular dock with my T480 since early 2019 and have never had any issues with it. I've had up to 3 monitors hooked up to it at once (HDMI, DisplayPort & VGA ports used), including a 34" widescreen and two 21" widescreens. No issues with that configuration, but it will not support 4 monitors simultaneously, as I did try that (the previous 3 listed and the laptop monitor all at once).
This sale is for the **DOCK ONLY**. This will not include a power supply or the Thunderbolt / USB-C power cable that is needed for it. Both items can be had from either eBay or Amazon. With that in mind, I am only asking $40 (or best reasonable offer) shipped for this dock. It is boxed up and ready to ship ASAP!

Hey everyone,

I purchased this laptop from an eBay seller who happens to run a pawn shop. They purchased this laptop from an individual who evidentially "stole" it from the company they were working for. What happened was this individual worked for the company, stopped working for the company, and instead of returning the company laptop, they sold it to a pawnshop who then sold it to me through eBay lol. eBay has told me that I can no longer return the laptop, and it is essentially mine at this point. I should have every right to sell it at this point.
Myself and another individual on this subreddit tried contacting the company (called Diageo), and they said they aren't allowed to remove what is called an MDM lock when running windows. Basically, it tries to log into their Windows 10 azure login during initial setup. You can still login via "other account", but I basically can't guarantee Windows 10 or 11 to work perfectly. I have not tried installing Windows 11, though, and it's possible it may completely fix this issue as well. eBay has told me that they can't do anything for me though since the laptop is out of the return window, so I can do what I want with it at this point.
In any case, I would be happy to install a Linux distro of your choice onto the machine, or I can even try installing Windows 11 for you to see if that works. Let me know, and I would not mind working with you if you were seriously interested in the laptop.
TL;DR This laptop works perfectly and amazingly as a Linux machine. It may or may not work well for you with Windows 10 or 11 as well, but I cannot guarantee that.

* When upgrading the screen, they sent me the wrong inner bezel (didn't have the ThinkShutter cutout). So I just made some internal cuts to the bezel to get it to fit. This isn't noticeable in any way since it's all covered up by the bezel sticker and functions nicely. Just wanted to disclose it.
* Very minor wear on the case but overall I would rate it 9/10.

It has a faulty keyboard - Fn key is stuck in on position (not mechanically), therefore the keyboard wouldn't react to key presses. Swapping Ctrl and Fn in firmware makes the keyboard a little more usable. Also the clamping mechanism on the left keyboard connector is broken off on the motherboard. The keyboard connector still holds in place if you put a thin piece of plastic on top of the connector - I've had this happen on another T470S and it works.
A new keyboard is needed to use it as a portable machine again.

USA-OHHT14 Gen 3 AMD W T14/T14s Gen 1 AMD + Paypal
So yesterday I ordered a brand new T14 Gen 3 AMD to replace my stolen X1 Carbon, that was why I am selling my 40AJ Docking Station in my other post.
Then I did some research and found out T14 Gen 1 can still use my 40AJ station which I really like, and performance wise, T14 Gen 3 is not day and night compared to Gen 1.
Therefore, I want to "downgrade" to a lightly used T14 Gen 1 so I can keep my old station, of course you have to offer some cash on your side to make up the difference between a used T14 Gen 1 and a brand new T14 Gen 3, but I am very reasonable to negotiate so don't hesitate to send me offer.
