# BEFORE YOU ASK…
* I did not include shield and grenade anointments in this post bc there are only 20 or so anoints on shield and grenades combined.
* I mainly left Universal anoints alone, even the 'meh' ones. Even if they aren’t the “best”, they still can be used by any vault hunter. The real issue are the abundant VH specific anoints that lost its purpose after launch and literally NO ONE uses.
* Amara and Moze Mains, don’t hate me! A lot of their VH specific anoints are redundant to Universal anoints. If any are really good and deserve to be kept, please tell me. But just bc someone like Moxsy says this is the best anoint for a build doesn’t mean there aren’t other options.
* Don’t be triggered! I chose an arbitrary middle-ground percentage when combining anointments.
* If you want to talk about balancing of anoints, please create your own post about it. Not because I disagree with your points, but that I spent some time coming up with this and would rather talk about this first.
* Some combining might not be “balanced” because of how each VH is made, for example, action skill scaling. I rather see how GB finds the middle ground (ie, might be bug-y) than have 7 anoints that do the same function.

There are too many anointments! One opinion on how to fix it
Hey Vault Hunters!
I’ve been on this sub for a while and there are some issues you guys bring up often; Legendaries don’t feel special (world drop rate is too high) and anointments are more important than the gun itself. While I agree with both statements, if either were addressed, it would make the game worse if they don’t fix this one issue first:
The number of anointments on guns are TOO DAMN HIGH!
There are currently around 57 anointments. That’s around 40 Vault Hunter Specific anoint (10 per VH) and only 17 universal anointments. That leaves roughly a 50% chance the anointment is completely unusable by your character. And if it is one that your character can use, it is likely terrible or doesn’t work in some way. Not to mention that HALF are somewhat or literally redundant to another anointment. This means farming for anoints over parts, and a bank full of VH specifics anoints for a build that might get buffed one day. And if world drops gets reduced to make legendaries "feel special", that makes a good gun and anoint combo even rarer than it currently is.
Anyways, I made this list of anoints that need some fixing, some that needs to be combined, and others that need to be erased completely. The result leaves 23 **anointments** with 16 of them universal anoints.
# REWORK
The listed anointments below aren’t bad and/or were amazing but no longer works like it used to.
*These were better when swapping guns with the same anoint worked. All ASA should work like how sntnl cryo did. Please fix, Gearbox!*
* **ZANE - While SNTNL is active, 100% of dealt damage is added as cryo damage.**
* **MOZE - While Auto Bear is active, 130% bonus incendiary damage.**
* **FL4K - While Gamma Burst is active, 115% increased radiation damage.**
*Small suggestion, but if this was ASA for the orb, it might be really good.*
* **AMARA - On action skill end, 40% bonus radiation damage.**
*These are "bad" anointments but they work for all VHs. They do work in Arms Race, which is why I'm putting them in this category and not the erase category. But they would need a real buff outside of that mode.*
* **UNIVERSAL - Killing an enemy grants 5% Weapon Damage and Reload Speed for 25 seconds, this effect stacks.**

Is Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition worth the $60?
I've been recently playing through the Borderlands games again and having a blast, but I don't own Borderlands 3. So as the title asks, is Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition worth buying on Steam for the asking point? It's on sale at the moment down from $114 which is a pretty good deal, but I heard that there's even more DLC coming out in the future for it and I saw the whole season pass 2 controversy.
Should I just wait a while until the game has a "super ultimate deluxe luxury" edition for $60 eventually, or is what's there worth the asking price?

Help! Stuck on TPS “Watch Your Step” door glitch!
playing uvhm with athena and get stuck when trying to enter the command center. the door won’t open, and jack’s dialogue thumbnail appears but no voice. something similar happened on my nisha in an earlier quest, but managed to unglitch it. have tried restarting and cleaning file system.
nisha is almost at the same story point in uvhm and if she can get past the same point she might be able to pull my athena past the glitch but i’m worried it’ll be glitched for nisha too. any advice? or anyone further along in the story willing to hop on multiplayer quick and pull my athena past the glitch? thanks!
edit: tried it with nisha and didn’t work. now it seems nisha’s play through is glitched too. is it the save files? this sucks. 😞

GB adding 14 VH specific anoints has been a huge pain in the rear farming-wise. I’m sure there are great builds with some of these, but GB should have implemented it a different way.)

* MOZE - While Iron Bear is active, Rail Gun damage is increased by 100%

Amara Muse Class Mod question
I'm farming General Blisterpus for Muse Class Mods, and was wondering if these things still drop with more than 1 point in Illuminated Fist? I've seen videos of people with more than 1 and it was DEFINITELY a thing before. If it has been patched out, can anyone give me a source?
