Why did the BL2 vault hunters get so disrespected by the writers in comparison to how the BL1 VH's were treated in BL2?
I'm keeping as much as an open mind as possible but man, Lilith, Roland, brick and mordecai all became heroes and we got to catch up with them so much in 2. Why didn't the next gen of vault hunters get that same treatment? The only one who retained some semblance of consistency was zer0 I guess, does anyone else feel like the writers just really didn't want to include these guys?
I was hoping to see this generation of VH's be super relevant in 3 too but really it's just Lilith again which is fine I guess, but even she ends up a victim of the writers seemingly hating older characters

Just Finished Tiny Tina's Wonderlands
I just finished Tiny Tina's Wonderlands
If I recall, there was a lot of grumbling about this version. I thought it was fantastic. The gun play was great, the graphics were great, the game ran great, etc. I thought it may have been the easiest version I played; there were not long boss battles, and it seemed to be a little shorter.
I understand who some may be invested in a series, always expecting an evolution. But, I think to many are just too critical. Just because it may not be as good as previous titles in the series, it is still a fantastic Borderlands romp.
I was excited for Borderlands 4. but I recently watched a piece regarding privacy practices, apparently they data mine you entire computer and habits. I am not sure how true that is, but that gives me pause. Unfortunate, as Borderlands is at the top of my favorite game franchises of all time, and I have been playing for over 4 decades across different PC's, consoles, and genres. Sigh.

my biggest issue with borderlands 4
After watching and reviewing all of the borderlands 4 content, im sold on the game. looks infinitely better than borderlands 3 by a factor of 10, BUT!
the biggest issue and im shocked not many people are talking about is, how is Sam Winkler the head of writing for borderlands 3. goes from writing one of the WORST story, dialogue, and worse villain/s in maybe gaming history. ( calypso twins) how can you make twins boring is what i want to know
to possibly a complete u turn with borderlands 4, something smells fishy it wouldn't put it past me that mr pitchford, hired someone , and under paid them

Borderlands 3 Ultimate edition on sale. Worth it just for all the dlcs and add ons?
So I already own the base game (PS4 &5) and I've been enjoying the hell out of it, but I don't have any of the dlcs or any other add ons and bonus content. I see the ultimate edition on sale for $24.99 so is it worth buying just for all the all dlcs and bonus contents?

Worth it to play BL3/Wonderlands before 4?
Haven't played Borderlands since Borderlands 2/Presequal back in the day. I've been seeing things about Borderlands 4 and honestly it's got me hyped to play again, but it's still a few months away.
I've heard some pretty bad things about BL3 and basically nothing about WL so I'm wondering if it's worth it to play those for cheap in the meantime or if I should just wait till Borderlands 4.

Will I be able to show more than one quest at a time in Borderlands 4?
Title. In borderlands 3 it's very frustrating that you can only have one quest pinged at a time, and have to cycle through them. Since Borderlands 4 is open world it's gotta be a feature right? I just haven't seen it anywhere being mentioned whatsoever.
