Congratulations to /u/RGBvex for their February Contest-winning East African Federation flag, the flag of the year for 2020! /u/alasdairgunn, /u/rede_shakks, /u/rgry_, /u/MichaelGreshko, /u/bmoxey (x2), /u/Persona-7, /u/uptownxthot, /u/akh, /u/DKwiththeJ also had top 10 flags on the year.

On the [Annual Standings](/r/vexillology/wiki/contests) side, our annual winner was defending champion /u/Imperito, with 875 points over 24 flags, the 2nd highest annual total since moving to 2 flags/month in 2016. /u/bmoxey is in 2nd, with /u/persew, /u/gmalatete, /u/rede_shakks, /u/akh, /u/ZombieJockeyGames, /u/FXBR, /u/a_erro, and /u/Emi6219 rounding out the top 10.

Additional commendations are in order to:

* /u/arg2k and /u/saladinmander, who were just outside the top 10 (in #12 and #17), but submitted at least 20 out of 24 possible flags.
* /u/MB928, /u/arg2k, /u/-Jedidude-, /u/Torchonium, /u/DKwiththeJ, /u/Tamp0k, and /u/krikienoid outside the top 10 but who had 5 flags in the top 20 in a month
* /u/Greyspeir, /u/VertigoOne, /u/alasdairgunn, /u/uptownxthot, /u/AlexanderRoger, and /u/RGBvex, who each won 1 contest.
* /u/zanza209, who had the highest average score with a single flag submission for 72 points.
* /u/FXBR, this year's Rookie of the Year who finished in 8th place with 518 points in 18 flag submissions.
* /u/hilarycb_ is the most improved of the 125 users who participated both this year and last year. They finished in 303rd place last year and 14th place this year, and their average score per flag went up by over 50%.

There will be some form of prize for some of these users courtesy of Reddit, but we're waiting on prizes from Reddit.
