Pick up the damn orbs on Skarmorak, elemental boss in Stonevault
It is absolutely maddening how many players still don't understand how this fight works. Everyone gets hung up on the shards and staggering their deaths, which is in fairness a very important part of the fight. But seemingly no one understands the other half of the fight: the orbs.
Periodically, black orbs will spawn on the ground. These orbs are a good thing. Each orb gives a stacking +50% healing done increase, and a +50% damage increase to Fortified Shell.
A total of 10 orbs spawn iirc, in two waves of 5, and ideally the healer gets 1 from each set, and the DPS split the rest among themselves. The tank can also take one from the 2nd set if they rely on self healing and could use the healing buff to sustain themselves.
Picking up the orbs makes the fight significantly easier, particularly the healer picking up orbs early makes the shard breaks much easier to heal through.

Actually, I am entitled to the loot you won in a pug. Period.
I don't know what's going on, but it feels there has been a massive uptick in the number of players who believe I am not entitled to the loot they won.
Sending 3 to 5 whispers after losing literally anything asking "NEED???" is my main thing, but if you say yes you are keeping it, 50% of the time I'm going to insult you. The other 50%, a well-reasoned response stating why I deserve it more. Some dk has a 606 crafted weapon. Last night he won a 2h axe off court. I sent 3 whispers and when he said he was keeping it to, I said "but you have crafted?? Uhh okay then. Reporting." Like what lol. That's my loot, not yours.
I can't recall a time it's ever been this bad. What happened, who are these people?
Edit: just want to clarify, telling them I need something is not the issue. It's the angry follow up if they don't like that I'm asking for my loot from them.
Additionally, this is my 50th character. I wanted the axe because I have low gear score. I got some crests and should have won it and thought hey this'll upgrade beyond my current weapon. You can believe I'm "unintelligent" or whatever you want, I really don't care. It was an upgrade to me for no additional gold investment.

Is it just me, or the most frustrating thing in the game is when herb/ore node disappears right when you're about to gather it?
Couldn't they change it to always finish gathering for you if you've already started the cast? I mean it's so annoying when you get your hopes up and then the game takes it away at the last moment!

Questions can range from what's new in Dragonflight, what class is OP, and how many Demons will it take to down Thrall?
Questions can come from brand new players, players returning, or veteran players who never got a chance to ask the right question.

I feel bad for my friend regarding the Guild Bank disappearing issue.
My friend is a 72 year old lady. She plays WoW everyday collecting super rare items(Mounts, pets, toys) to giveaway to her new player guild. For example, during Pet Battle week, she fills up a whole guild bank tab daily and let's each person take 3 pets a day. These pets range from 5g pets to 25k pets. She also hosts events like Gnome toss where each player jumps off the entrance of Ironforge and trys to land onto a targetted area, the top 3 players usually receive a pet/toy/mount ranging from 30-80k. There's so many events hosted with such rare giveaways and she can no longer host any of these as all the gifts are gone and it takes time to rebuild a collection like that. She doesn't buy these, she gets them made or hunts them down herself.
She has an alt that had it's own guild, it had 8 tabs of rare pets/mounts/toys. She has asked Blizzard Support for help but they just close the ticket on her with a automated reply that they're working on it.
How is this allowed? Why are we allowing Blizzard to get away with this? People pay monthly and dedicate time just to lose it all from no fault of their own.
Got a picture of one of the tabs to show the recent months of what she deposited. The other 7 tabs all had pets but the Log just states "Pet Cage" so I didn't wanna upload that. All 8 tabs have been rinsed by Blizzards mistake.
Just wanted to share.
EDIT: Oh wow I did not expect this to blow up. She is way too kind to accept anyone's donations but I will see if I can convince her. Thank you guys, I will share this with her, I was just sad to see this and wanted to rant.

I really appreciate the warm wishes for donations. I am not holding my breath but blizz has stated that some things are able to be recovered. As I froze the 3 banks the minute things went missing, my log history should be pristine for them to rebuild from. We shall see what happens. As they have released the banks to be used again, I will start to rebuild so we can do guild events again. .. Again, thank you for your kindness.
