Class Stereotypes for Every Spec (My personal experience)
Sorry if this offends anyone. There are good eggs in all of them but these are the kinds of people I see the most.
Paladin
Prot:
Pretty good player, maybe a bit elitist. There is always that one who ignores boss mechanics and facetanks everything
Ret:
I don't know why but so many are terrible and are at the bottom of dps charts
Holy:
Thinks they're a dps. If they're in a raid, they're amazing
Druid
Guardian:
Reliable, chillest tank out there
Resto:
Complains about how underpowered they are, plays no other class besides Druid
Feral:
Insane PVPer or no clue what they're doing
Balance:
Either mediocre or terrible. Always the first one to complain and abandon keys in Mythic+
Warrior
Prot:
Not the smartest player, forgets party buffs. Usually okay
Fury:
Bottom or top DPS no inbetween
Arms:
Veteran player, plays nothing but Warrior, a reliable dps
Priest
Disc:
Only plays the spec because it's meta and because they like Dps and actually hate healing. Plays no other healers
Holy:
Just started playing the game or veteran heal God
Shadow:
I honestly have no clue but they're always super friendly
Hunter
Beastmaster:
Mount and pet collector, casual player, never plays with anyone else. Cries alone in their room at night when they get flamed in dungeons
Marksman:
Doesn't know how to play their class but still deals top dmg
Survival:
50% are toxic and think they're better than everyone else. Other 50% are pure fucking badasses
Warlock
Destruction:
Good damage, but complains a lot. Not the smartest players
Demonology:
Pretends to like their spec. The only reason they play it is because they think Destro is boring and Afflic isn't cool looking enough
Afflic:
Unhealthy addiction to their spec. Insanely geared or a noob
Mage
Arcane:
Meta slave
Fire:
Post-Arcane rework refugees. Always very good
Frost:
Most Mage players. Usually entitled or chill. Probably a PVPer
Shaman
Resto:
Good, a reliable healer when they don't lust randomly
Enhance:
Many are bad, good ones solo Mythic+ and are interrupt Gods
Elemental:
Way too chill, getting drunk IRL while shooting flamey stuff at the boss
Demon Hunter
Vengeance:
ADHD, no patience, ignores all mechanics, runs from Healer's line of sight then dies and complains. Or a cool Dad IRL
Havoc:
Thinks they are a Demon Hunter in real life. Good or bad, they're usually toxic. Bad ones are less likely to be
Death Knight
Blood:
Usually an experienced and chill tank, or doesn't know their rotation but they keep aggro so no notices
Frost:
Always complains they need buffs. Usually cool. Middling dps because they are the only one using interrupts in Mythic+
Unholy:
Meta slave or a noob
Evoker
Dev:
Thinks Evoker is boring, but they're a furry and can't heal so they have to play it
Pres:
Actually enjoys their spec but dps get mad at them because they died running away from the yellow balls thinking its a boss AoE
Aug:
Brand new player and doesn't know better not to pick it, or they just came back to WoW and think it's still OP. Dead spec
Rogue
Assassination:
Only plays it because Outlaw is unplayable and unfun in Mythic+ and raids. Usually good veteran players
Outlaw:
Stockholm Syndrome'd themselves into thinking they actually like Roll the Bones. They don't
Subtlety:
All Rogues love this spec but they know how shit it is for open world content and just get used to playing Assass
Monk
Brewmaster:
Has 500 spell keybinds on their mouse and 10,000 addons set up to play optimally, is a God
Windwalker
Hard to say. Either a spec veteran and played it since MoP release, or they picked it up because they saw pros use it
Mistweaver:
Awesome healer but like Disc, they hate playing all other Healers and would rather be a dps. Any non-Fistweaving MW players switched to Resto
Suggestion 100% drunk status, should pass you out and wake you up at a completely random spot in the world
I have no idea how I came up with that

After 2 months of speculation - Wowhead commenters have potentially discovered how to obtain the title and achievement "Employee of the Month" and it involves turning in 1 chett list every day for a month, meaning farming 40 chett cards for 6 of the 7 days of the week you don't get a free list

Deadliest mob in Mythic plus history?
Just curious if anyone can recall what the most dangerous mob in any seasons mythic plus rotation.
I can think of a lot of good candidates but for me, my vote goes to the Mightstone Breakers from Neltharion’s Lair.
They had this ridiculous ability called Avalanche that caused rocks to rain from the ceiling in a huge AoE but the time between the circles appearing and falling was like less than 0.5 seconds, meaning you either had to react with a lightning fast teleport, or already be moving with a move speed increase effect before the ability is even cast.
The amount of lives I’ve seen this mob claim, including my own, is truly staggering.

Tanking M+ got to be the most draining gaming experience there is
Sorry for another one of these posts but I just try to get it off my chest.
After getting into 15s as heal I just equipped my DH and got into tanking. While of course having exp as heal in the dungeon pool is good, there is still a lot to learn. What the most frustrating thing about this is not the "failing" since most of the keys I play are timed anyways (dipped my toe into 11s but mostly playing 10s for gear now). It's that you will get insulted in a heartbeat if anything of the slightest goes wrong.
Skip didnt work? "Are you dumb?"
DD hits Boss before you and gets onehittet? "You degen Dogshit"
DD gets Aggro? "Stupid boosted piece of shit"
And those are all from dungeons that were clearly in time with so much time left. People literally throw insults at you for the slightest inconviniences happening to them. And when you tell them to don't be rude they absolutely lose their shit.
I know this will get better over time as I get better at tanking (atleast that was the case for healing). But learning (which btw everbody does while playing) and getting every tiniest mistake you make pointed out with a nice insult is just very very draining.

I made a wow ability guessing quiz
I made a quiz where you can test your knowledge of the WoW ability icons. The quiz starts at the most basic abilities and gradually gets more and more difficult. There's a leaderboard to see how you compare to others. Have fun!
I recently added data tab, so you can see the most common wrong guesses, and the most difficult abilities to get right.

Arathi Zealot (white) Weapon Appearances
According to the Blizzard post here: https://news.blizzard.com/en-us/article/24198669/nightfall-scenario-take-up-arms-and-defend-the-arathi
“The Flame’s Radiance armor sets and weapons can be purchased by using Radiant Emblems of Service which are earned from the Nightfall Scenario.”
But in the live game these are not on the vendor at all and it seems like these only drop from Arathi Champion’s Spoils from filling the personal participation bar.
Why were these removed from the vendor when they were on the PTR? It wouldn’t be so bad to grind these appearances if you couldn’t get repeats of items but I kid you not I got 4 “Shining Arathor Insignia” from filling the bar over 4 straight events. And you can get repeats of the armor sets which are on the vendor already.
Between this and Miscellaneous Mechanica and the Gallagio Garbage spawn rate fiasco and the Undermine world drop armor sets from Shipping and Handling it seems like Blizzard is at it again with its horrible RNG fetish. TWW launch patch was great - sure you had to grind a LOT of resonance crystals but at least it wasn’t layers upon layers of RNG.

Getting back into healing M+ After a long time, am I doing something wrong or Is there Just a LOT of constant damage on everyone?
Took a break from M+ for a long time, last time i did them was shadowlands Season 1. I don't Remember this much damage on everyone all the time. Like, i actually had time to DPS in packs as a holy paladin. Now, i feel like of i use Shield of Righteousness someone risks dying of whatever random damage a pack does. And every single pack Is loaded with constant aoe damage. Now, i don't know if i'm doing something wrong (and honestly, It would be hard for me list what i do) or if there really Is Just a shton of unavoidable AoE damage on every pack. I'm a hpala 649 item level, mostly by delves, with 4 set tier, and I feel like i'm struggling a lot more than i should right now, since M+3 give Gear with lower ilvl than what i have right now (or when upgraded to the max have roughly the same i have now)
