Confused with Gamepass
Hi.
I wanted to claim some rewards from xbox gamepass (maybe try some games), so I bought the regular 14-day version for 1$.
After that, I found out I need Gamepass Ultimate to claim it (it's more expensive, but it's also 1$ for 14 days, or the website says it at least). But when I try to "upgrade", it wants the full price (which is much more:)).
Can I activate the Ultimate version for 1$, or did I just lock myself by buying the regular version? I'm so confused. It's not a big deal, but I'd rather pay 1$ than 12.

Does anyone know what happened.
Basically when ever I try to purchase a item in any game whether it be Minecraft,Halo,Fortnite etc. It trys to open the payment section then errors out saying. Oops not sure what happened there. Please try again later. Does anyone know how to fix this or what the problem is.

Which Official Reddit Microsoft Sub-Reddit Is it Alright to Submit My Next XBox Controller Design?
Hello Microsoft friends, where can I post my idea (I've sent this to Apple already painstakingly through their Product Feedback website form for suggestions on new things, God-willing as controller gamepad for the Apple Vision Pro and will send this to other manufacturers but it'd be nice if Microsoft manufacturer it as their next regular gamepad so there's still room for their next Elite), it's not a total new design perse like a new design in form factor and things like that but an amalgation of the best features from other controllers. Though it's best if Microsoft could use the "design" for their next Xbox controller and it'll surely be a dream controller, a one controller to rule them all for a long time (it'll be trumped for sure at a later time as games and hardware evolve). I've tried posting it on Xbox Insider sub-reddit but it's deemed as off topic, sadly.

Xbox 1X or Series S for casual gaming
A bit of context, i’m a PC player I don’t own an expensive pc infact my current PC is worser than the One X but better than the S. I know practically nothing about consoles apart from specs and being capped at 30-60fps.
Ok so The Xbox One X refurbished cost around $170 however for $50 more i can get the Series S new. I prefer playing older simulation, adventure, FPS games and i occasionally stream online
I do know that the series S doesn’t have any dvd drive, could i still play older games on it or would it be better to buy the one x?

Installation stopped
trying to reinstall cod ww2 and it keeps saying installation stopped, i hit try again it goes up like .5 and then does it again, is there any way to fix this. I’ve tried installing it many times and it’s only for this game, it quickly installs around 15 GB every time and then starts doing the installation stopped thing.

Controller constantly disconnects
Everyday, multiple times a day my series x controller randomly disconnects. Hard restarting my console/controller have been a good temporary fix but it happens constantly now and restarting the console doesn't work anymore to reconnect. I was wondering if anyone has this problem and if so how'd they fix it ? Also my pairing button doesn't work at all... I had this problem on last gen xbox 1 but I would just pair the controller back and it worked

I’m going to buy a rechargeable battery pack for my Xbox One controller, which uses micro-usb. Will the newer packs — which use USB-C — be compatible or will I need to buy the older ones from 2013?

Hey guys, so I'm 22 years old. And I miss the era of gaming in the 2000's where many games offered local co-op campaigns.
My brother is currently 8 turning 9 in a few months.
