How do i get past the connect a controller screen for remote play
Just opened the xbox app to play with the remote play feature to find that they added touch play, which is a nice feature dont get me wrong but now i cant play games by connecting my controller to the xbox without bluetooth anymore. I use a wired controller so it isnt possible for me to use bluetooth. Anyone found a way past this? (I am aware i can just fade the touch controls but it can still be annoying seeing them)

External storage games not showing up
So I had to take out my external storage to move some things around but then when I put it back in none of my games are showing but it detects the storage box anyone know how to fix this or do I have to try delete everything off there (won't even show the games to delete them either)

Console keeps freezing during reset
Hello,
My console keeps freezing during a factory reset. I was originally running an update and it stopped. Did a hard shut down and unplugged the power. Since that kept happening, I decided to do a factory reset. Since last night it gets to 50% and stops. I've done the hard shut down, unplugged the power brick and waited a few minutes and tried again, same thing.
Is there anyway to get past this process? Not looking to buy another console..

Hey guys currently I'm trying to gameshare Dark Souls 3 with 2 friends and I'm wondering if one of my friends has my account signed in at the same time as he is signed into his account would the Xbox Allow him to play DS3 without having his console as the primary one?
In other words
Person 1 Account holder plays DS3
Person 2 Home Xbox Plays DS3
Person 3 Has my account Signed in at the same time as he is signed in into his account to play DS3

Can I use any headset with 3.5
Ok quick question, I need a headset for mi series x, I just need to have great sound so I can appreciate RE4 remake when i play at night.
I never play online so I don't need a microphone, just the headset.
Any recommendations, can I get for example any sony headset that uses a 3.5 jack and plug in my controller? Also need one with volume control.

Can you claim a 3 month subscription ultimate game pass when you are already a member?
Hi guys, I have recently bought a new laptop and have been offered a free 3 month subscription for ultimate game pass. But I'm already paying for the subscription. Does this mean I can claim it and get 3 months for free? Or does it mean It'll run concurrently with the subscription and I'll still be charged.
