Xbox One Power Button Blinks then kicks me Back to Home Screen
Hey everyone,
I'm encountering a persistent issue with my Xbox One that I hope some of you might shed some light on. Here's the situation: whenever I attempt to launch any game, whether it's a Game Pass title or one I've purchased, it initially seems to load correctly. The game's loading screen appears and everything seems to be going fine for about 10 to 15 seconds. However, at that point, the power button on my console begins to flicker two or three times, and suddenly, I'm sent back to the Xbox home screen.
This issue repeats itself every single time I try to start a game, effectively preventing me from playing anything at all.
In an attempt to resolve this, I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps I could think of: connecting to a different Wi-Fi network, clearing the cache, and even going as far as performing a full factory reset on my console, wiping all my data and starting from scratch. Unfortunately, none of these efforts have made a difference.
I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has faced a similar problem and, more importantly, if anyone has found a solution. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated.

Xbox 1s not turning on
The light on the power button comes on and the starting noise plays. But after a few seconds the Xbox turns off and plays the noise. Nothing comes up on screen. The fan does not seem to fully start but this assumption of based on sound. Any ideas on how to fix?

Controller Question
What is a good replacement that isn’t to expensive? Left stick has issues when walking/running forward. Odd that it’s only when that happens, although do click to run. Anyway, looking for a good replacement that will last longer and doesn’t have the issues Xbox controllers do. Thanks!

Fixed the xbox one x drive
Someone told me to post a video, its working now cleaned it yesterday didn't work, replaced the sata didn't work but now i just cleaned it again but kept the replacement sata, it almost didn't wat to boot like the 3 spins and it stops that whas the problem i was faced with but now it did spin 2 times 3th was the charm any reason for this to happen? The only difference was i forgot to clean the roler the other day apart from that i only changed the sata cabel.

Elite series analog attachments constantly loosening
No matter which analog attachment I use, it’s as if it doesn’t lock onto the controller. Every 30 seconds it’s spinning left and coming loose and I’m constantly having to twist it right to tighten it again.
Is this a thing? I can’t find a post about it anywhere. Is the controller just broken? I’ve had it for about a year and probably use it once a week.

Hijacked Account Recovery Nightmare: Need Advice!
Hey everyone,
I’m currently in a bit of a pickle with my Microsoft/Xbox account and could really use some advice from the community here. A while ago, my account got hijacked. Fortunately, I managed to recover it through the official recovery form, but here’s where things get tricky. The hijacker’s security email is still attached to my account. When I attempted to change this, I was told that it would take 30 days for my email to be officially changed. It’s been 72 hours since then, and thankfully, the hijacker hasn’t made any moves or changes during this period.
Throughout this ordeal, I’ve been in constant touch with Xbox support. I’ve explained my situation to them, and they’ve escalated my issue to the top-tier support nearly 3 days ago. However, every time I try to start a new chat session to get an update, I’m informed that my case is still under investigation.
Now, I’m at a crossroads and not sure how to proceed. From what I’ve gathered, there’s a chance that top support might just suspend my account since the security info was changed. As of now, I can still log in and use my Microsoft account, but the security info linked to it isn’t mine.
So, what should I do? Should I wait out the 30 days to see if the email gets changed as promised? Should I attempt to cancel the escalation in fear of my account getting suspended? Or should I just let things take their course, even if it means my account might get suspended?
Any advice, insights, or personal experiences would be immensely appreciated. I just want to navigate this situation as best as I can without losing access to my account permanently.

Xbox One S Hard Drive Replacement
I’m having trouble getting my newly installed disk drive to function properly after installing it and verifying each task necessary to complete on my computer before rebooting.
This is what I have been doing to get it working properly again:
1) Downloaded OSU1 “offline system upgrade” directly from Microsoft’s official website and unzipped it directly to a NTFS formatted thumb drive (default allocation) and verified its placement on the root directory and then inside a system update folder.
2) Formatted hard drive and created 5 different partitions with a md5 verified Xbox drive gui.bat script (ran as administrator)
3) Properly ejected hard drive and thumb drive and plugged my disk drive into my Xbox.
4) Turned on system and got the correct system error message and selected the “trouble shoot” option followed by the “reset system” option and then “remove everything” (even though there’s no data of mine on it).
5) The system then triggers a E106…. system error (which I learned to actually be what I wanted through this process).
6) I shut the system down and unplugged the power for the recommended time of 60 seconds and then plugged it back in. At this point I restarted it by holding down the “reset” and “controller sync” buttons followed by the power button. I held both buttons (sync + eject) and waited until I heard a second “system boot” chime
and immediately let go of every button.
7) The front panel button pattern I held activated the console to look for an offline update, but first I was automatically brought to the “troubleshooting” screen.
8) I went ahead and inserted my thumb drive and immediately the “offline update“ became available and I selected it. The screen showed a progress bar showing it had begun the drive software installation… after a few moments I was sadly met with a second error essentially saying it had failed said update process…
That’s about as detailed as I can get, any suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Thank you!

Xbox 1s new power supply module?
My Xbox 1s has not been turning on for about a week. The light on the power button comes on and the startup noise plays but after a few seconds the light shuts off and the shutdown noise plays. In an earlier post someone suggested that the power supply module could be the issue so I took apart the Xbox and disconnected the power supply module. Before I buy a new one is there a way to confirm that this is the issue?

Xbox One S issue
I’ve had my Xbox One S for about 10 months now and when I first got it, the Mpbs was over 200 now it peaks at about 69. I just need help understanding why it just crapped on me for no apparent reason. I keep it pretty well maintained and keep it in a pretty good spot where it’s well ventilated, I just upgraded my router and even got a WiFi extension. Any suggestions? lol besides getting that silly mini fridge. I’m gonna upgrade sooner or later I just need help in the meantime.

How can i prove i haven't been using remote play?
Bear in mind i am 17
My dad has wrongfully assumed i have been (for a extremely long period of time) using xbox remote play to get around screen time limits on my xbox account in order to play Fortnite that he has set with a seperate parent account
he assumes much based on the fact he sees the xbox using internet traffic while i am not using the xbox (which i understand can be caused by any number of reasons but as he understands it, it is ONLY because i am using remote play and by his own words "i can't tell the difference" but he's an IT guy so he's clearly omitting information at his convenience taking advantage of my own lack of understanding of networking and the xbox ecosystem)
I have literallly never used remote play in my life, honest to god swear by my mum life.
as a result im not eve sure where to begin in order to prove i haven't used it (on any device)
In addition he has this firm belief that the "sign in using controller" someone allows me to bypass the password he set on my account in order to indulge in this remote play.
I am asking sincirely for the comunitites help in order to prove i am only using the xbox (account as whole) only on that xbox device and only within the limits set by the screen time he has set
For example:
1) Any way to concretely prove that screen time also affects remote play and/or is counted under remote play.
2) pove that I cannot actually sign in wherever the fuck i want (not knowing the accounts password) just because the "sign in using controller option" (which im like 90% certain was never on at any point but I don't know how to prove that either)
I am actually on my knees begging right now you don't understand how deluded my father is, his entire justification for his suspicions hinges entirely on the fact that i position the xbox horizontally in a way where the on light is only visible from one angle as opposed to vertically wher the logo and power indicator is forward facing like what the fuck.
he is not a reasonable human being he deludes himself at his own conveneince and won't listen to anything i say because "he can't trust anything I say" and yes there's trust issues but solely based on past events like this where he has delude himself into thinking im doing something i not

Monitor for Xbox One S
My son is complaining that he can’t play Fortnite because the FPS is too slow. I curentky have an old Dell monitor that no doubt is not built for gaming.
If I upgraded the monitor would this fix my problem or is it due to internet connection (he’s upstairs away from router)?
What economical monitor do people recommend on order to fix this problem? (Note: recommendations for products in Australia)
