There is NO RESUME function on SF. Last week i had to dl a rom, i tried almost all mirrors (they were same speed) i even tried it on expressvpn (same result). I have a temporary solution for you, login to multcloud load up your gdrive ,, paste the download link.

Hows the bb for this version?
I have the previous version so wanted to know if the bb has improved before i clean flash this
Before reporting a bug
- make sure you are on the absolute latest version of the ROM for your device.
- use the search button in the group
- if you don't find anything, then report the bug as described below
To report bugs follow below:
1. Mention device.
2. Mention build date and build number.
3. Mention what is exactly broken and share steps to re-create the bug.
4. Share a log if applicable using ADB, Matlog, or any other preferred method.
Without these requirements, there will be a warning and subsequently BAN

A14 Dynamic Installation Guide
Preparing for the flash:
- Download the recommended recovery --> HERE
- Download the legacy_to_retrofit_dynamic —> HERE
- Download A11 Firmware

- Backup your internal storage data
- Boot to recovery
- Flash Unofficial Ofox Recovery 12.1
- Format Data (It's must.) - YES
- Reboot to recovery
- Connect computer to your phone and copy all above files to phones internal storage. (A11 Firmware, Retrofit, ROM.)
- Flash A11 Firmware
- Flash legacy_to_retrofit_dynamic_by_@raphael_alpha
- Flash ROM
- DON'T REBOOT -- Go to> Manage partition> Data> Change FS> F2FS (It's must. Otherwise your device won't boot)
------------------------------
If you cannot see them after copying the files to recovery, go to mount and disable and re-enable data partition
Dirty Flash
- Reboot to recovery
- Flash ROM
- Wipe Cache
- Reboot

- Flash Recommended Recovery
- Wipe Cache - Dalvik - System - Data
- Flash latest firmware required by ROM
- Flash Rom
- reboot system
