Beet, Apple and Ginger Juice
A juice consisting of beet, carrot, apple, ginger, and lemon, blended to perfection.
Ingredients
• 2 (240 g) medium beets, peeled, halved
• 2 cups (480 ml) cold water
• 2 (140 g) large carrots, end trimmed
• 2 (300 g) medium apples, cored, halved
• 1 piece (10 g) fresh ginger root, ½" slice
• 1 slice (30 g) lemon, ½"
• 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes
Directions
1 Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
2 Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
3 Blend for 45 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
Notes
This delicious juice makes it easy for you to get an extra boost of fiber and antioxidants in your everyday diet. Try adding raw chia or flax seeds for extra protein.
If your children are asking for sodas and other sweets, get them into the kitchen making herbal infusions. Kids make the most interesting concoctions! (40 seconds)

100 (+4) days of celery juice! I’ve had celery juice every single day, even if it was in the evening after running out of celery for my morning juice, for over 100 DAYS IN A ROW! I am incredibly proud of myself for sticking with something so completely that has done so much good for my body.
Things celery juice has helped (though I’m also following the rest of what @medicalmedium recommends, so can’t attribute 100% to the CJ):
-*All* SIBO symptoms are gone, every single one
-No bloating after meals unless higher fat dinner
-No random nausea
-Better morning energy
-No constipation
-So many healthy poops
-Heartburn completely gone (this might be my favorite!)
-No smelly gas
-Less dizziness upon standing from POTS
-Tingling gone from left fingers and feet
-Chronic shoulder pain has lessened

Raw, Vegan Breakfast Pudding
MAKES 6-8 SERVINGS
4 cups cashew milk (see recipe here: Cashew Milk)
1 banana (ripe works best)
1/2 cup raw flaked oats
1/2 cup chia seeds
3 cups fresh fruit (I used strawberries, blueberries and raspberries)
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional
pinch himalayan salt (optional)
1. Blend banana into cashew milk.
2. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
3. Ladle into jars, cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Alternatively, you can just put in a glass bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight. It will be ready to go in the morning!
