ሁልጊዜም ስንፍና ሲሰማን 'አይ የኔ ነገር' ብለን ተስፋ ከመቁረጥ ይልቅ፤ በጣም ቀላል ብለን ከምንንቃት ስራ እንጀምር። ለምሳሌ የግድ መፃፍ ያለብን ሪፖርት ወይ ደግሞ የቤት ስራ (Assignment) ቢኖር ወረቀትና እስኪሪቢቶ የምንሰራበት ጠረጴዛ ላይ በማስቀመጥ እንጀምር፣ ከዛ የፈለገ ስንፍና ቢሰማን እንኳን አይምሯችን 'ኸረ ጠረጴዛ ላይ ያስቀመጥከውን ወረቀትና እስኪሪቢቶ ለመቼ ነው? ስራ እንጂ..' እያለ አላስቀምጥ ይለናል፤ ያኔ አንድ የሆነ ሞራል የሚሰጠን ነገር እንዳገኘን ተሰምቶን ስራውን እንጀምራለን። እንጂ ስንፍና የኛ ብቻ የግል ፀባይ እንደሆነ ማሰብ የለብንም የመጠን ልዩነት ነው እንጂ ሁሉም ሰው የሆነ ነገር ለማድረግ ይሰንፋል ወይ እያመነታ ጊዜው ይነጉዳል።

ውሃ በተሞላ ድስት ውስጥ አንዲት እንቁራሪት ብንጨምርና ከዚያም ውሃውን ማፍላት ብንጀምር፤ ውሃው እየፈላ በሄደ ቁጥር እንቁራሪቷም የሰውነት ሙቀቷን ማስተካከል ትጀምራለች፡፡

☞ የውሃው ሙቀት ከፍተኛ እየሆነ ሲሄድ እሷም የሰውነቷን ሙቀት በዛው ልክ ማስተካከሉን ትቀጥላለች፡፡ የውሃው ሙቀት ጨምሮ የመፍላት ነጥብ (boiling point) ላይ ሲደርስ ግን ማስተካከል የማትችልበት ደረጃ ስለደረሰ እሯሷን ለማዳን ከድስቱ ዘላ ለመውጣት ትፈልጋለች ትሞክራለች፤ ግን ዘላ መውጣት አቅም አይኖራትም አትችልም፡፡
ምክንያቱም ያላትን አቅም ሁሉ ሙቀቷን በማስተካከል የውሃውን ቃጠሎ ለመከላከልና ለመላመድ ባደረገችው ተጋድሎ ጨርሳዋለችና፤ ወዲያው ትሞታለች፡፡

እንቁራሪቷን ምን ገደላት?
አብዛኞቻቸችን የፈላ ውሃ እንል ይሆናል፤ እውነታው ግን ይህ አይደለም ፡፡ እንቁራሪቷን የገደላት የፈላው ውሃ ሳይሆን መች መዝለል እንዳለባት የመወሰን አቅም ማጣቷ ነው፡፡

አብዛኞቻችን ከሰዎችም ይሁን ከነገሮች ጋር ያለንን ነገር ለማስተካከልና ለመላመድ እንሞክር ይሆናል፤ ግን እስከ መቼ ማስተካከል እንዳለብንና መች መወሰን እንዳለብን ማወቅ ይሳነናል፡፡
አንዳንዴ ነገሮችን የለመድናቸውና ለኛ የማይጎዱ መስለው ይታዩናል፤
በመጨረሻው ቅፅበት ግን እንዳልለመድናቸው ቢገባንም
ማምለጥና መውጣት የማይቻለን ሰአት ይሆናል፡፡ በጥፋት/ወንጀል/ መንገድ ውስጥም ስንሆን እንዲሁ ነው፤ ትንሹን ወንጀል እንለምደዋለን የሚጎዳን አይመስለንም፤ ደስታ ውስጥ ያለን ይመስለናል፤ ደስታው ሙቀት ይፈጥርልናል፡፡ ሙቀቱ ወደ እሳት የተቀየረ ጊዜ ግን . . .!!!??

ከሙቀቱ መውጣት ካልቻልን ከእሳት እንደማንወጣ እውን ነው!
ሙሉ አቅም ባለን ጊዜ እንዝለል!!!
