It depends where you're looking at. If you're looking at CoinMarketCap, it's a glitch.
CoinMarketCap doesn't calculate correctly the overall price and volume for ReddCoin. If you click on Markets button from CoinMarketCap on RDD page you will see that XeggeX, the biggest exchange for RDD and the exchange where we take the price as a reference is excluded from the overall price calculation. You can see the right pice on the RDD/USDT market pair from XeggeX.
In addition, instead of doing the weighted mean of the price depending on the volumes from each pair as it should, CoinMarketCap displays as the overall price only from the RDD/LTC market pair. This is also why it displays a close to zero trading volume, although in reality it is much higher. CMC messed up completely the values from the RDD page.
CoinGecko shows the correct price and volume. CoinGecko also take into consideration the price from XeggeX.
