Because version 3 of the wallet had a 32-bit installer and a 64-bit installer, so two links. Version 4 only has a 64-bit installer, not a 32-bit one. The second link should be deleted from the site.

I don't think we have different points of view, just different methods of approaching the problem. We are all frustrated with the price evolution, including me but only with a positive attitude can we grow this project. The developers have some promising stuff in the works for the coin and I trust that in the future things will take a positive turn. We must all show support for the project, that's the only way we will succeed.
