It's an problem with the server. Let it sync without bootstrap, then check if you're on the right chain. To do that run those two commands from the tutorial in the console

keep failing to download the bootstrap for the new v4 wallet. downloqd speed goes from 12MB/sec to 30 KB..

i understand where ur coming from. tbh i also dont read and espacially dont write very actively here anymore. fact is tho that before i became inactive 5x a week someone complained why the price has dropped again and a few other people asked about ReddID for the billionth time. i myself am a fairly active community member programming little goodies for the community and occasionally updating the website a little. there i am pretty much a fan of always trying to keep the price out of focus as much as possible as the mission should be to write down what we stand for, getting new members that are interested in WORKING and not investing and adding use cases for the project. id wish for a similar vibe in all crypto communities. im absolutely not a fan of crypto since to me it is a scam led by big investors trying to rip of the average joe - as always in this system. but this said i dont hate cryptos potential to its full extend - as long as virtually nobody sees it as an investment asset and is only focussed on extending its adoption it can be a fun project
