RDD is a social currency to be used as a social coin…
One of RDD’s primary use case’s is in promoting content creators through paid bounties on social media platforms
RDD when used to promote, serves the community and gives it a reason to exist, in addition to 3rd world charity and tipping or group hugs
RDD partnered with the CEC community to use their platform to do what they so far have not been able achieve in development, so I guess it is authorized by that partnership and the agreement to use the CEC bot to announce reward bounties inside of this chat channel that have been paid for using the currency RDD and the payment to those participating in the bounties also in RDD.
As for who authorized the CEC partnership and or allows the CEC bot to post the bounties in chat I have no idea. 🤷🏻‍♂️
