Scammed by Brick Fest?
Anyone else get scammed by Brick Fest? We purchased tickets in November 2023 for the show today and tomorrow in Oklahoma City. We got an email confirmation this week with our tickets. We show up today, and no event. No signage. We spoke with staff at the event center, and they told us we weren’t the only people who came looking for the event. We checked the website, and absolutely no mention of the event in Oklahoma City, just one in another state. My advice is to stay far, far away from this.

Exclusivity meaning in LEGO
So Rex is coming in a 12$ set and as expected people are split on this. As someone with the venator I fully support Rex coming in a Microfighter.
The main thing that people who want Rex to remain behind a 650$ wall are saying is that "LEGO said that Rex was an exclusive figure". That is true and technically is true. When the Venator released the minifigure were exclusive. LEGO never said that Rex would remain exclusive. LEGO is a multi-million company and they are going to want to get as much money as they can from their products. They will sell what people want to buy. If Rex is the most popular clone then why do people expect them not to capitalize and sell whats in demand? LEGO isn't a collectible it's a toy targeted at 6-14 year olds. So ofcourse LEGO will make the most popular characters available for lower prices otherwise their target audience wouldn't buy their products.
Everyone has a minifigure that they want but can't get so when LEGO offers a chance for people to get something they couldnt get before is always a W.
