They are attached with 4 bolts (one per corner) to a standard pallet, then the pallet is strapped down. I feel like there needs to be a lot more then 4 bolts. I worked with pallets. You sneeze to hard and they’ll fall apart. :)

Was running an pneumatic impact on this line when it suddenly broke free. Was inches away from losing all my front teeth. Don’t rely on safety nets, check your tools. Aside from the pin, a leash wouldn’t have prevented this either
