I am still out of a job while I had previously worked as a software developer at a governmental institution and had also worked as a Software dev at an e-commerce startup for many years. Live coding interviews I am unable to do for some reason. I know many people have some disability like ADHD or Schizophrenia and simply freeze up when being asked to code live in front of an audience. I want to help anyone who feels discriminated against these live coding sessions and would like an alternative way of proving ability. I recently built a Python logging package called Mohflow to simplify, lightweight, fast to adopt structured logging in my projects. It supports console logging for development and can switch to Grafana Loki for production monitoring without code changes. ElasticSearch support is also in the works.
