Hello everyone!
I have some stuff that many people would like to get their hands on for free.
How do I create torrent files safely with VPN so that no1 in my country can find that I am hosting and sue me for copyright? The thing is that there is going to be a heavy traffic with my connection and I am worrying about ISP getting mad.

Questions about jailbreaking FireTV
My dad’s friend jail broke a firestick and installed Kodi (with the Crew) and Cinema for him, he said to avoid using it on the primary household tv because it’s a fire tv, and using a fire stick on a fire tv could possibly create issues.
This will be my first foray into the pirating world so I apologize if any of these seem like stupid or obvious questions, I just want to make sure everything goes smoothly without issues.
The tv: Toshiba Fire Tv, not set up with pirating in mind, has a personal Amazon account as the primary account and several steaming services on it.
Would I need to create a throwaway Amazon account so our personal account isn’t linked with downloading those apps?
My dad’s friend told us to not use the stick for anything other than those two apps or it could cause issues, so I want to know how I can safely install those apps on the firetv, without potentially screwing up the whole tv. The way it was briefly described to me made it seem like one wrong move could brick your stick/tv and since the tv is something that the whole family watches everyday, I wouldn’t want to do anything to jeopardize it.
I’d also want to keep being able to safely use our streaming services too, as they are often more convenient than trying to look up a program and trying to stream it on Kodi/Cinema.
Is there any difference jailbreaking a firetv vs a firestick? The results I found googling how to jailbreak fire tv were predominantly about jailbreaking the stick.
One last question, is there any way to reliably block YouTube ads while watching on the firetv?

How do ISPs see Torrents?
Hey, I understand that ISPs see what sites You visit (So for example I know that when I visit Reddit, they can see "reddit.com") but how does it show up when You Torrent something?
Do they simply see the Link of the site You Torrent from? And if that's the case, how is that more suspicious than when You use direct downloads?

To a casual internet user, what are the benefits of torrenting movies compared to just streaming from an illegal website (putlocker, 123movies, etc.) ?
I can name a dozen 123movies, putlocker, himovies, etc. type sites and mirrors where I can stream basically any movie or TV I want on demand, with decent quality (1080p with mediocre bitrate). This is more than enough for most casual people, especially those who aren't that internet savvy but just want an easy way to see their favorite show.
I see people on this subreddit often overcomplicate the process of torrenting to beginners and I don't really understand why any casual person would benefit from downloading the files locally vs streaming from a site.
For me I personally like the fact that I can choose the exact print I want, I am familiar with seeding so it is easy for me, and I will do anything to avoid paying streaming services ridiculous fees for shows that will disappear within a month. I've saved my parents probably 100 dollars a month to cut out streaming and setting up a stremio server on the TV. I'm sure many of you are in similar positions as me, but I also feel like we are in the minority of overall internet users.

Also, a more broad follow-up question: Is Hollywood fucked? Piracy is so easy and widespread nowadays and people seem to only be willing to pay for big event movies like Oppenheimer/Barbie, Napoleon, etc. and even those most people will just stream online later. I know a vast majority of people consume content via legal streaming services but that has already changed over the last 5 years I've noticed. We already see streaming services raise prices multiple times a month!
