Last I checked free streaming sites was 10 years ago. Back then, the quality was inferior, with tons of ads. I just checked a few right now, and I'm amazed at how clean the quality is. I feel stupid, having spent around $1000 on streaming services over the last 10 years. But I have a few questions
I pay for Netflix and Disney Plus (previously HBO) and have been doing it for many years. I was under the impression streaming sites were shit quality with tons of ads. It was that way when I last checked like 10 years ago. But holy shit the quality is high and I cannot differentiate between these and paid services! To think I've been needlessly paying for these services for years. My question is (in the case of say Faragski and fmovie) Are the servers stable? Are there ads embedded in the movies and shows? What's the catch?

Is it safe to save pirated copies of books or novels on google drive?
I’ve been doing this for a good while now and saving books in a private folder that’s shared with my alt account. So far I’ve had no problems but I’ve recently heard that google can scan for copyrighted stuff and can delete your files or outright ban your google account. Is this true? And if so what other alternative should I use/do?

It’s time to go full time on the high seas.
Been doing this since 2007. Had multiple ways of watching movies but man. I am so tired of all these streaming services…. How and why are they running ads on a show when I’m PAYING to watch the show. It’s time to bounce. I’m full time. Does anyone know of any ways to keep up with the shows/new shows so I know what I want? How do you continue to keep up to date?

Microsft Office Hates Me
So I purchase a key in November 2023 and my rig crashed in March 2024. Today I fixed my system only to run in this? I bought my window 10 pro key in 2019 from some german, and it still works like a charm. I got these programs pirated on IOS flawlessly but some how Microsoft keeps pushing boundaries. Started a Plex Server and cancelled all my subscriptions
First of all, it feels great. I torrented a bunch of stuff and gave some family access to my server so that they can cancel their subscriptions as well.
Possibly stupid question though;
Do I need to have Mullvad VPN on all the time to avoid my server being in any trouble? I noticed my streaming quality is better when my VPN is turned off. I literally have no clue if there is any danger in using plex with a bunch of pirated media or if anyone can tell its pirated in the first place.
