Favourite hacks and tricks to get your media?
I'll pick my favourite 5 feel free to add as many as you want.
1. Playerup and other sites like mastercheep that sell accounts. I paid 3 pound for a year of Disney plus with warranty it can sometimes last years, 1 for netflix, 4 for three years warranty of Nord VPN and direct TV premium for lifetime 20 pound. Yes free is best but when you want an old episode of a crappy show it's impossible to get seeds on so much content. (Be a good seeder.)
2. Stremio with piratebay and Torrents add-on
3. Paid services via VPN for region discounts. Xbox live costs me 11 pound for 3 months. Even though I use revanced and revanced music I still like to pay for yt premium for higher bitrste music but I only pay 3 pound per month. Its my dearest media expense.
4. Seeker APK to find and download music. It's got so many CDs that I can't find on any torrent site it is a hidden gem.
5. Modded apks and magisk modules for rooted android devices. I bought a lifetime Spotify for 4 pound but for those that don't care about bitrste the modded apk does just fine. My best magisk module has to be the unlimited Google photo storage. It tricks Google into thinking you are using a pixel device that came with unlimited storage.

Any solutions for NowTV (UK)?
I want to download a series (The Premier League years) to add to my media library. It’s pretty niche and isn’t available via any Torrent sites.
A few months back I screen recorded all 20-something episodes using OBS, which is okay but the audio is a bit of a mess.
Wondering if anyone has had luck with any other methods. NowTV runs in your browser but does require an app (player) to work.
Common services like AnyStream and StreamFab don’t cover less common providers like NowTV.

Is APKPure safe?

Do you all use virtual machines 24 7?
Just wondering if there's another way to download and use the applications not on a virtual machine. I'm scared that if I download a pirated program, the pc won't detect the virus. So I never once moved these apps to my main PC.
Only problem is that the virtual machines are hella slow. Bad graphics and lagging very hard.
Do you guys regularly switch your pirated app from VM to host pc??

Is there a way to get iCloud storage for cheap?
Basically as the tittle says. I currently subscribe to their 2T plan for 12.99/m and the main reason being for storing pictures from my iPhone and the occasional backup.
I looked into Google One since they can be set up on an iPhone but it’s the same price here. I noticed that cheapzy.net has a Google One plan but I haven’t heard much about them apart from 2 comments on here about how reliable and legit they are.

I've only recently realised it, but the new Video Downloadhelper update got completely rid of the "copy URL" function, forcing you to download their shady "companion app" now. Is there a workaround this or some way to revert back to a previous version?

Can stream providers embed user ids in movies to identify which user ripped them?
I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask.
I believe there are many ways to embed secret messages inside a video (Video Steganography). Why don't stream providers like Netflix embed user ids in the movie so that if it gets ripped and shared, they know who did it? Has this ever been done?

Keep seeing comments and such that 1337 is back up, but I cannot access it at all. I’ll randomly be able to connect, and have gotten one download out of several attempts for about an hour. but it keeps timing out. Is this happening with anyone else? Using Mullvad and cloud flare.
Also, I’m confused about the sidebar, people say plenty of links over there but then other commenters say sidebar hasn’t been updated and is likely not as safe anymore? What are some reliable options for movies & tv?

Stop posting your malware reports
I think somebody should make a guide on how to find official scene releases and how to generally differentiate good from bad torrents. I know it is hard for a lot of newbie pirates to differentiate good from bad torrents. Heck, even old pirates have a bad time, but it starts with knowing the community. A lot of fake torrents are riddled by malware because they are repackaged and changed files reuploaded on trackers to spread malware.
Knowing which groups are reliable and using good trackers with user comments is an important part.
I almost never download a torrent without user comments.
Before I install anything, I do a checksum check and see if the file has the same checksum as posted in the release nfo file from the official group.
If there are no alternatives and the source is sketchy, I try to install it in a virtual machine first before installing it on my own machine.
What do you guys do?
