Need technical help with "publishing" my first torrent
Hello people,
I have created my first torrent to contribute to the seas. It's up on my local seedbox, but I have problems. A redditor from a different country tried to download it and the torrent has been stalled at 0%.
1. try: the problem was that all the added trackers were offline. Weirdly, after some waiting, I could download it from mobile data.
2. try: made a new torrent file with working trackers. Then tried again from mobile data, nothing. Still stuck for the redditor and now for me too.
The only way I could get it woking, was by enabling *embedded tracker* inside qBittorrent and addig it as a tracker on the leech. I'm not sure, but I probably shouldn't need to host my own tracker.

- my Bittorrent port is forwarded and reachable (so is my tracker)
- I have not uploaded to any indexers yet. I'm not reciving the registration emails, so I need to wait for support.

If you were to store everything in a cloud, what would you do? Buy subscription from the likes of Gdrive and Dropbox or you will setup an actual server from AWS or Azure with lots of storage?
The requirement is i wanted to store all my files(document, pics, personal videos, jolly roger videos, etc)
but the cloud service should have a videoplayer embedded or probably an integrated plex server
plus i dont want my account to be suspended easily(because of jolly roger videos) so i need a lax terms/agreement

autotorrent2 - An excellent utility
I've recently built a new rig and suffice to say, I've had to start from scratch. Fortunately I had all my downloaded data and the torrent files. The sad thing is that torrent clients are pretty lacking in utilities to point a client to the location of data in order to seed which meant that initially I was looking at manually relinking approximately 1.27tb of data...what fun....SAID NO ONE EVER!
Anyway, after a bit of digging, came across a utility called autotorrent and when checking github, I was forwarded to autotorrent2. A little known and highly under appreciated utility that is just wonderful for this kind of work.
So if anyone here is having a similar issue, I would highly suggest having a look at https://github.com/JohnDoee/autotorrent2
autotorrent2 is Linux and Docker compatible and will work on Windows with Python 3.11.x and below.

The marvel silver age is slowly getting lost
For some reason i started reading this lately to get a feeling for how old comics were, this is from 1964 onwards, and i've been reading for months. i'm not gonna mention where, it's a site from the megathread.
All i'm gonna say is that suddenly they all dissappeared. The entire silver age and maybe more dissappeared from the most popular comic books site. I'm not asking for them, but i just feel sad, it is a sad day for preservation.
Yes, they can still be found somewhere else, is still on at least one site from the megathread, but if they are already dissappearing now i worry about the future. We are like two steps away from losing a lot of content, maybe forever.
There are only two big sites for comics and one lost all of this content and i can't even contact them to know why, so the day they get lost from this second website it may be over
