One of the most common questions I get asked by recruits and the public in general is:
"Why do you guys put so much emphasis on physical fitness and training?"
There are 4 main reasons.
1. Physical training is an excellent filter for anti-social, maladjusted people who don't actually want to advance our collective interests and just want to hear themselves talk. For whatever reason, the moment you ask those types to do a push up or go for a run, 90% of them want nothing to do with you.
2. The individual is a cell of the nation. The health of individuals is reflective of the health of the nation and vice versa. The reason we have bloated, sick, corrupt, dying institutions is because we have too many bloated, sick, corrupt, dying individuals. Reforming the health of the nation starts at the individual level.
3. Physical training is an excellent mechanism to practice organizing men. Most guys engage in some form of physical exercise on their own already, so combining it into a group activity is an obvious, simple way to gather the guys. Through the ritual of organizing hikes, boxing, weight lifting, etc., our members learn how to organize large groups of men for whatever other event they wish to.
4. Strength is the most important optic, if not the only optic, that actually matters. You cannot project strength with a bunch of fat dudes and old women.
A common criticism you will see of our demonstrations is "they're all too fit and uniform in build for this to be regular guys". This is because we institute something that I affectionately call the "fat fuck" test. Basically the fat fuck test is if I put you in a uniform, put you in a column, and a photo is taken, if you are the one people point to and say "look at that fat fuck", you have failed the test.

The Red Ice Radio (now TV) account was ACKCHYUALLY set up in Sweden in 2009 and based in the US since 2013 but who cares ...it's over for Red Ice anyway now. Turns our we were Irish all along. We will not recover from this. We're packing it in and closing down. It was fun while it lasted!
