This year alone gold is up five times the entire market cap of bitcoin
https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1fg6hh6/this_year_alone_gold_is_up_five_times_the_entire/
<!-- SC_OFF -->Gold has risen from $2,000 to $2,600 so far this year and that equates to an increase of golds market cap by $5 trillion. Such a small move in price has added trillions in market cap. This shows just how small bitcoin still is. If the same amount of money flowed into bitcoin the price would rise from $60k to $300k. This is going to happen the only question is when, this year? Next year? 2026? <!-- SC_ON --> submitted by /u/slvbtc (https://www.reddit.com/user/slvbtc)

Who sells to Microstrategy?
https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1ffv848/who_sells_to_microstrategy/
<!-- SC_OFF -->Every time I see news about Microstrategy buying more Bitcoin I wonder, who sells those large amounts of BTC to them? I don’t think they’re buying through the market because it would impact the price too much. It’s much more likely Microstrategy acquires them through OTC market, but who’s on the other side of those large trades? <!-- SC_OFF -->BTC class of 2011 OG here- I have never saved sent or shared a video about BlockChain. This is the first one. Please watch this, and let this be the video to learn teach and watch. One thing I have always said is that Bitcoin first started out for the rebels This is the first set of information I have seen where they speak about the origin of cyberpunks . Bitcoin was for natural rebels that wanted to say fuck you to the system. It was fuck you government and fuck you banks. Complete anti-authorities ism. And we fucking loved it. There were no tools yet that made a type of libertarianism 100% entirely true , decentralized, and “off grid” per se. Not equating libertarians to vegans lol but hey, off rip the only difference there id say is meat lol but in the sense of real self dependence, no third parties needed from militia, banks, stores (gardens) etc Even then, we can never truly be decentralized until our internet is. Why is this not the number one thing being worked on? Ai makes us more dependent on the internet to “simplify” our lives which basically is all it is used for by the regular daily person. So if we are going to become even more dependent upon computers and internet, then why is real decentralization not hand in hand with AI building? So many people want to combat the two, blockchain and AI. They are apples and oranges. They are both used for one application. You use AI for the origin implementation whereas blockchain technology is the carrier, the end game. The system that does the heavy lifting by being the actual system, but AI is as well the heavy lifter by being the one that starts and puts everything together. <!-- SC_ON --> submitted by /u/cryptomaddie (https://www.reddit.com/user/cryptomaddie)

<!-- SC_OFF -->I've started using https://bitcoinfees.gitlab.io/ but was wondering if there are any other popular and accurate ones you guys like to use? edit:
https://mempool.space/ looks even better On another note, what explorer do you prefer? I've been using https://blockstream.info (https://blockstream.info/) not only because I like the company and their mission statement/what they do for the community.
But also really like the SegWit fee savings and Privacy analysis info (https://i.imgur.com/bknCtnm.png) it gives you. I have not really looked for any other options in a few years so curious if there is a new favorite? Thanks for your input! <!-- SC_ON --> submitted by /u/LsDmT (https://www.reddit.com/user/LsDmT)
