I was forced to learn under adrenaline fuelled pressure, following a tip off from an insider that the exchange I was using was in trouble. Fortunately I had already purchased a Trezor (sat on desk as I was too apprehensive to use it) and was able to withdraw BTC from the exchange quickly. Problem now is, I don’t entirely trust tech (in general) and worry that technical failure ie. wallet malfunction is going to bring me unstuck in the future. I have my seed phrase but can’t get my head around those 12 words saving the day if the physical wallet fails😱 I don’t know any other Bitcoiners to discuss this with. But I've noticed there's quite a few bitcoin ETFs, and what's got me a little confused is, they all show different returns, and they all seem to show less returns than bitcoin itself. Can anyone explain this to me please? Edit: I've been looking at EBTC & VBTC (both on the ASX). Looking at yahoofinance charts over 6mths for each, BTC-AUD is +5.92%, VBTC is +5.08% (pretty close, is that just management fees maybe?) Can't recover a wallet I made with bitcoin.com over 4 years ago

<!-- SC_OFF -->Need some help, I created an account with bitcoin.com around 4 years ago. 2 years ago I had to update the app and I lost access to the account containing the Bitcoin. There's about 0.2btc in there, bought for $300CAD now it's worth $2kCAD. I know my recovery phrase and have a paper trail of emails with all my account information accessable. When I try to create a wallet with my passphrase it won't come back. Since being locked out, both Bitcoin.com reps I've talked to basically ghosted me. Is it gone forever or can I recover it somehow?
