WE ALWAYS WIN
📖━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place (2 Corinthians 2:14).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
There’s a reason for the Church being the most persecuted of the demographics in the world: Satan is terrified of us; therefore, he’s making so much effort to cause fear in the hearts of many. But he’s a failure. The mighty things that are happening in, with and through the Church of Jesus Christ in our day are even about to be taken to a higher level.
In Matthew 16:18, Jesus said, “…I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” The word “Gates” is symbolic in prophetic language for “power and dominion.” The powers and dominion of hell shall not, and can never, prevail against the Church.
The Church, right from inception, has survived and endured many terrible persecutions, and will always outlive her enemies and detractors. That’s because the Word of God is clear: “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us” (Romans 8:35-37).
The Church will always have the victory; it’ll crush every opposition and conquer everyone who ever stands against it. That’s the blessing upon the Church. The Holy Spirit is the Boss of the Church, and He’s God. He’s doing His work, and we’re labourers together with Him. It’s impossible for us to fail.
We won before we started; we’re just acting out the script that’s already been written. The Amplified version of our theme verse says, “But thanks be to God, Who in Christ always leads us in triumph [as trophies of Christ's victory….” That’s what’s happening. We’re in a Holy Ghost victory parade. What you need is to stay focused on the work of the ministry, carrying it out with joy. Hallelujah!

HE SHARES HIS GLORY WITH US
📖━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one (John 17:22).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
There are Christians who say God won’t share His glory with another. Some have said it for so long that they now believe it’s scriptural, but it’s not. They misunderstood what God said in Isaiah 42:8 and use it to buttress their position. There, the Lord said, “I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.”
If you understand Isaiah’s prophetic ministry and his expressions, you’d understand that he portrays a dual communication of the same truth in most of his prophecies. For instance, what he refers to as “another” is also, spiritually, what he refers to as “graven images.”
You’ll observe the same thing in Isaiah 48:11 where the Lord says, “For mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it: for how should my name be polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another.” How’s God’s name polluted? It’s by mixing the worship of God with idolatry. Every time the Lord talked about not giving His glory to another, He was referring to idols, not human beings.
It was always God’s plan from the beginning to share His glory with human beings; He always wanted to do it. When He made man, He glorified man, but when man sinned, he fell short of the glory of God: “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).
It was sin that took man out of the glory of God. But when Jesus came, He restored man to the glory of God: “To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory” (Colossians 1:27). This is the revelation and essence of Christianity.
We’re not trying to take glory from God; He gave us His glory. Every day of your life, thank Him that you’re in the glory. That’s what He’s given to you; and that’s what He’s made you: you’re the glory of God! Hallelujah!

THREE IMPORTANT THINGS JESUS CAME TO DO
📖━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
Jesus had a clear purpose for coming to this world. The first is to destroy the works of the devil. The Bible tells us in Acts 10:38, “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.”
Not only did Jesus come to destroy the works of the devil, He also came so that we may have and enjoy life. The Bible says in John 10:10, “The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows)” (AMPC). He made us dispensers of life—the God-life.
Thirdly, and this is the chief of all that He came to do; He came to bring us into fellowship with divinity. The Bible says, “God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord” (1 Corinthians 1:9). This means we’ve been brought into oneness with Jesus Christ. We’ve been brought into friendship with Him.
In this fellowship, He knows you personally and shares His life and EVERYTHING He has and represents with you. Hallelujah! That’s why the Bible calls us joint-heirs with Him (Romans 8:17). We’re partakers—associates or comrades of the God-kind.
No wonder Paul said, “...all things are yours” (2 Corinthians 3:21), because you’re one with the Monarch of the universe—the One who owns and reigns over all things.

THERE’S AN URGENCY
📖━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come (Matthew 24:14).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
One important thing the Holy Spirit is causing the Church to do in these last days is to speed up the preaching of the Gospel. This Gospel of the Kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. This is God’s mission for the Church today. The time is short.
We all must understand the urgency of the hour, the day we’re living in, and get serious about the things of the Kingdom. Preach the Gospel; preach it with all your heart and with all the boldness and love that God has given you.
In Matthew 28:18-20, Jesus said, “…All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world, Amen.” What an assurance!
Nothing could bolster more confidence in us to speed up the preaching of the Gospel and take it to the ends of the earth than the words of the Master in the verses we just read. We’re in the times of the signs, and the final sign is already unfolding before our eyes, which is the massive salvation of souls around the world!
Already, we’ve taken the Gospel to billions of people around the world and in every known living language, through Rhapsody of Realities. But we must keep at it until we’ve reached everybody, just as the Lord instructed. Remember, the Holy Spirit is in us, and brought us this far; He’ll take us to the finish line.

THERE’S HELP FOR YOU
📖━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
And it came to pass, when God helped the Levites that bare the ark of the covenant of the Lord, that they offered seven bullocks and seven rams (1 Chronicles 15:26).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
The Bible tells us how David got some Levites to move the ark of God into a place he had prepared for it in Jerusalem. But something striking that we observed is that the Bible says, “…God helped the Levites that bare the ark of the covenant of the Lord....” Isn’t it amazing?
Though the Levites were called to bear the ark, God helped them to carry out their ministry. God also helped a man named Jehoshaphat, the king of Judah. He had gone to battle against the Syrians in alliance with Ahab, the king of Israel. Having no idea that Jehoshaphat was in the battle, the king of Syria instructed his commanders to go after Ahab, the king of Israel.
“Don’t fight anyone else; just go after King Ahab and kill him,” he told them. When his men saw Jehoshaphat, they thought he was the king of Israel and cornered him. But the Bible says, “…Jehoshaphat cried out, and the LORD helped him; and God moved them to depart from him” (2 Chronicles 18:31).
The Bible also tells us about a young king, Uzziah, who started out as a teenager. He was responsible for several inventions and technological transformation of Judah. The Bible specifically says that he was marvellously helped of the Lord until he became strong (2 Chronicles 26:15).
Isn’t this and more what we have today in the Holy Spirit that lives in us? He’s your helper! Is there anything you’re trying to achieve? Or are you experiencing some form of trouble? There’s supernatural help available for you.
The Holy Spirit is in you to help you in ministry, in business, in your finances and relationships. He’ll move trouble away from you just as He moved Jehoshaphat’s enemies away. He’ll give you creative ideas that’ll make your name spread abroad. You’re not disadvantaged in any way; the Helper is in you, and that’s the Holy Spirit. Hallelujah!

HEIRS OF BLESSINGS
📖 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise (Galatians 3:29).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
Our theme verse says if you belong to Christ, then you’re Abraham’s seed and an heir according to the promise. This is so profound. It also brings to mind what the Apostle Paul said in Ephesians 1:3, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.”
You've already been blessed with "ALL" spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. You’re an heir of a Kingdom of blessings. This just takes the struggle out of life. Think about the Master’s gratifying words in Luke 12:32 (NKJV), “Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.” Why would anyone know this and struggle in life? Then, to think He’s even done it already makes it super transcendent. He’s already given you the Kingdom.
The lesser is included in the greater. If you already have the Kingdom, then you have everything the Kingdom represents: divine life, righteousness, love, joy, wealth untold, divine health, peace and more are already yours. They’re part of your inheritance and rights in Christ.
In Christ, you have the keys to the Kingdom of heaven, which means you have access to both spiritual and earthly blessings. Live every day with the consciousness that the Kingdom is yours. And the Kingdom didn’t come to you empty; it’s loaded with blessings. Blessed be God!

A LIFE OF GLORY AND RIGHTEOUSNESS
📖━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light (1 Peter 2:9).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
When we say Christianity is a call to a life of glory, righteousness, greatness, honour and peace, it’s a present-hour reality. It’s a literal truth, not a promise we’re looking forward to enjoying when we get to heaven. We have the Christ-life in us NOW! We have His righteousness and His glory. The Bible says, “...As he is, so are we in this world” (1 John 4:17).
Colossians 3:3-4 tells us something super-sublime; it says, “For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then will ye also appear with him in glory.” Christ is your life. There was an exchange; a supplanting of your natural human life by His divine life. The Lord Jesus took your depraved, defeated, destroyed and broken human life away from you. He took the life of sin and shame away from you, and in its place, He gave you a life of glory and righteousness.
Think about it: if Christ is your life, then everything about your life should be absolutely divine. How then could you be said to have an incurable ailment? Satan has tried to deceive many to believe nothing has changed in their lives even though they’re now born again.
The darkness, misery, infirmities and pains that were associated with your old human life have all passed away. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, “Therefore, if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature: old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”
You’re now in a new environment—the environment of His glory and righteousness. That’s why your life is full of glory and you produce fruits and works of righteousness. Have and walk in this consciousness. Be full of faith and confidence, knowing that your life is the expression and manifestation of these truths. Hallelujah!

BE CONSISTENT IN YOUR CONFESSION
📖━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised) (Hebrews 10:23).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
Everything Jesus did—all the miracles He performed—He did with words. Even when He multiplied the five loaves of bread and two fish, it was with words! The Bible says He blessed it (Matthew 14:19) by giving thanks; He activated the power with words.
Words are “things”; they possess creative energy. When you talk, energy is released to cause what you’ve said to materialize, positive or negative. The Bible says, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue...” (Proverbs 18:21). Don't confuse your spirit by saying one thing and obscuring it with another.
James 3:11 says sweet and bitter water don’t emanate from the same fountain. Be consistent in your confessions—in your declaration of God’s truths. Truth is consistent. Don't change your confession on the basis of transient situations or circumstances. Irrespective of how you feel, what you see or hear; hold fast to what you’ve believed and received.
Hold fast to your confession of God’s Word. Don’t give Satan a chance. It makes no difference the contrary evidences and adversities he may stir against you; you say, “I’m a victor in Christ Jesus! Greater is He that’s in me than he that’s in the world.” Once you’ve said that, no matter what happens thereafter, refuse to waver. Your faith will prevail.
That’s how you deal with circumstances and situations in life: you stagger not at the promise of God through unbelief. Rather, you’re strong in faith, giving glory to the Lord (Romans 4:20). Keep the word of faith in your mouth always and you’ll forever be victorious: “For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith” (Mark 11:23).

ENERGIZED PRAYER
📖 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed (Acts 19:20).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
If you desire certain changes in your life, your city, state or nation, you can make it happen through effectual prayers—praying with passion. Paul knew how to pray effectively; that was what changed Ephesus and other places where he ministered.
Paul was in Ephesus for two years and three months, and during that period, he shook up the whole place. The Bible says, “And many that believed came, and confessed, and shewed their deeds” (Acts 19:18). In other words, they gave up idolatry and their heathen practices and openly confessed the lordship of Jesus.
The 19th verse says those who had been into magic and cults were converted to Christ. How was Paul able to achieve this? He gave us an idea when he said in 1 Corinthians 15:32, “If after the manner of men I have fought with beasts at Ephesus, what advantageth it me….”
When you study the context, you don't find where he personally encountered beasts or was physically attacked by wild beasts. Evidently, Paul was speaking spiritually. He was referring to something that happened in the spirit. Recall what we read in our theme verse: “So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed.”
The Gospel prevailed in Ephesus because Paul understood how to pray with passion, how to prevail in the spirit through prayer. The Bible says, “...The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much” (James 5:16). The phrase “effectual fervent” is “energeo” (Greek), and it means “energized.” In other words, the “energized” prayer of a righteous man avails much. Hallelujah!
To drive this point home, James gives us the example of Elijah’s prayer and says, Elijah “prayed earnestly” (James 5:17). The phrase “prayed earnestly” literally means that Elijah “prayed with prayer,” giving it a Hebraistic form of emphasis. He was talking about the intensity of Elijah’s prayer. He prayed energized prayer.
There’re many things happening in our world today that should move us to pray intensely as Elijah did. It’s your responsibility as a child of God to put a halt to evil works masterminded by Satan in your world and the regions beyond.

PRODUCTS OF HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS
📖━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness (Ephesians 4:24).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
2 Corinthians 5:21 says, “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” Being born again, we’re the exact manifestation of the righteousness of God. A dog gives birth to a dog. Likewise, when God in His infinite righteousness gave birth to us, we became the righteousness of God.
We’re the product of His righteousness; we’re His righteousness manifested! Declare this about yourself every so often. When you say it, it’s not a boast; you’re simply affirming truth—you’re declaring who you are in Christ!
This is different from the gift of righteousness by which you stand in the presence of God to receive eternal life. When you were born again, you were recreated in righteousness. The Bible says, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature…” (2 Corinthians 5:17).
This new creature, as read in our opening verse, was created in righteousness and true holiness. The Amplified Classic calls it “true righteousness” (Ephesians 4:24). Hallelujah! In other words, no more shadow or figure of righteousness. You’re God-like in true righteousness and holiness. What a blessing! Live with this consciousness and walk in glory and dominion over circumstances, every day.

And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the LORD, and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the LORD; for his mercy endureth for ever (2 Chronicles 20:21).

━━━━━━━━━━
1 Peter 2:9 says, “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light.” That’s our calling right there: it’s to a life of praise. We’re sanctified to praise the Lord.
In the Bible, David, being a prophet of God was inspired of the Lord to organize the Levites into choirs. That’s because He had the revelation of true worship. David was a musician, an instrumentalist and a songwriter. He was a singer and he also made instruments. In the palace of Saul, King of Israel, he often played the flute (1 Samuel 16:14-23).
The Bible tells us they did make music in Kings’ houses; music wasn’t something new to the world. But music for God was different. If music was going to be offered in sacrifice to God, it could only be done by the Levites inside the temple (1 Chronicles 16:4).
Furthermore, our praise is a weapon against the adversary. Recall what happened with Jehoshaphat: three enemy nations allied against Judah. But Jehoshaphat organized with the people and put the singers in front of the army. The Bible says, “And when they began to sing and to praise, the LORD set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir…” (2 Chronicles 20:22). That’s the power of sanctified praise.
There’re battles you win with praise. Read Acts 16:25-26 and see how Paul and Silas were supernaturally delivered from their captors as they praised the Lord. In the New Testament, we’re the circumcision that worship God in the Spirit, rejoice in Christ Jesus and have no confidence in the flesh (Philippians 3:3). We are the ones He’s sanctified to offer Him true worship. It’s the reason we can worship Him in Spirit and in truth.
We often have our Praise Night Services, where as a global audience, we pour out our hearts in worship and praise to the Lord for His love, goodness, grace and wondrous works. Be sure to be a part of these live services and relive the moments during the rebroadcast on our Loveworld Networks.

SPEAKING RIGHTEOUSNESS
📖━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe (Hebrews 5:13).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
The phrase, “of righteousness” in our opening verse is “dikaiosune” (Greek); it means the word or “logos” (Greek) of righteousness. Some translations use “doctrine” and others use “teaching” instead of “word.” But the spiritual communication that’s embedded in that verse is much higher; it refers to speaking righteousness or a communication of righteousness.
To further understand this, let’s examine Jesus’ response when He was tempted by Satan in Matthew 4: He quoted Scriptures each time, but not as one who was responding from the standpoint of the Law. For example, when the Bible says, “Thou shalt not steal” (Exodus 20:15), it was written to Israel as one of the commandments.
But when you become a Christian, “Thou shalt not steal” isn’t applicable to you! It doesn’t apply to your spirit. Does that mean you can steal? Of course not! In Christianity, you have a nature that doesn’t steal. You’re of the higher class. You don't live by the Law or commandments, for the Bible says, “…the law is not made for a righteous man…” (1 Timothy 1:9).
So, when Jesus said to Satan, “...It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone...” (Matthew 4:4), He was describing His life; it was a description of His righteousness. Hallelujah! Always, God expects you to respond with the Word as Jesus did. It’s not about memorizing the Scriptures so you could quote them; it’s about speaking righteousness, communicating in line with your nature in Christ—who you are in Him.
Sometimes, in responding with the Word, the scripture you’re quoting might not be verbatim, but you’re aware that what you’re saying is consistent with God’s Word; the message goes to your spirit in the language of the Spirit. When you respond to Satan and life’s challenges like that, you’ll always be victorious! Praise God!

━━━━━━━━━━
All the evil and atrocious plans and agendas of Satan for the nations of the world can’t succeed because of our stand against him. After the Rapture, Satan will have his way according to the Scriptures, but until then, we—the Church of Jesus Christ—are in charge and in control. We determine the destiny of the nations. Hallelujah!
Some people believe we don’t stand a chance because they’re not a part of what we’re doing. They’re like the men of Succoth that the Bible talks about in Judges 8:5 who, instead of supporting Gideon, mocked him (Judges 8:6). They ridiculed Gideon because they didn’t believe he and his small number of weary troops were capable of defeating the Midianite warriors. But Gideon succeeded without their support.
As long as we’re not all quiet and ignorant about Satan’s agenda for the world, he can’t lord it over the nations. NEVER! In Ezekiel 22:30, God said, “I sought for a man to stand in the gap and I found none.” He didn’t say, “I sought for many people.” Therefore, as long as some of us stand our ground on the Word against the devil and his cohorts, their works will be thwarted.
Isaiah 44:25 MSG aptly summarizes their end! It says God “...makes the magicians look ridiculous and turns fortunetellers into jokes. He makes the experts look trivial and their latest knowledge look silly.” This is what’s happening around the world because of our prayers. Hallelujah!

COURAGEOUSLY DECLARE HIS WORD
📖━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
…for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me (Hebrews 13:5-6).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
Our underlined portion above—“boldly say”— is “tharrheo lego” (Greek) and it means to courageously declare. “Lego” means to say or speak; but it also means to boast. God said something, so that we could courageously declare or boastfully affirm the same thing. This is amazing!
That was exactly what Jesus did when He encountered Satan in Matthew 4. He said, “...It is written...” (Matthew 4:7). It shows us that the way to respond to life’s circumstances is with the Scriptures. For example, when you say, “Greater is He that’s in me than he that’s in the world,” you’re responding with the Word; you’re courageously affirming the Word.
That verse doesn’t exactly say, “Greater is He that is in me”; rather, it says, “Greater is he that is in you….” But in response, you personalize it; that’s when it becomes “Rhema.” Glory to God! God gave us the Scriptures so we could speak them forth. The Word of God created all things; therefore, everything in life responds to the spoken Word from your lips. The principle is: the Word in your heart and in your mouth; you release the power of God into action in your behalf through speaking. Hallelujah!

PRAYING FOR LEADERS

I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority… (1 Timothy 2:1-2).

━━━━━━━━━━
In Acts 13:6-12, we find a very interesting story about the missionary work of Barnabas and Paul in Paphos—a city known for a combination of immorality and darkness. In the course of their evangelical work in the city, the deputy, Sergius Paulus, wanted to hear God’s Word and sent for Barnabas and Paul.
But one of his very influential officials—a noted false prophet and sorcerer—attempted to frustrate their missionary efforts. He didn’t want his boss to hear the Gospel. But Paul, having observed Elymas’ deceptive and malicious tendencies, firmly expostulated with him and said, “And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season…” (Acts 13:11). Suddenly, the man went blind and got out of their way. Hallelujah!
Sergius Paulus was a prudent man; he wasn’t a corrupt official, but he was unaware of the kind of influence that Elymas would have on him, having been planted by Satan. These are often part of Satan’s ways of getting across to government and political leaders, to influence them and get them to do the wrong things.
Therefore, in praying for the leaders of your city, state or country, remember that there’re times Satan plants his own people among them, to distract them from hearing the Word and from getting to know God. Therefore, using the Name of Jesus, break the power of Satan over those who work with leaders and seek to influence or counsel them to go against the will and purposes of God.
Furthermore, command the devil to loose his grip over their minds so the light of the glorious Gospel of Christ would shine unto them. Affirm that their hearts are open to receive the Gospel willingly and as a result, righteousness springs up in their hearts and the wisdom of God guides their thoughts. Pray for leaders and all men this way as admonished in 1 Timothy 2:1-2.

IT’S YOUR HERITAGE TO KNOW HIS WILL
📖━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
And he said, The God of our fathers hath chosen thee, that thou shouldest know his will, and see that Just One, and shouldest hear the voice of his mouth (Acts 22:14).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
Our opening verse was a message addressed to Saul of Tarsus, who was later known as Paul. The Lord had sent Ananias, a disciple at Damascus, to lay hands on him and also to tell him that he’d been chosen to know the will of God. What a message!
Not everyone knows the will of God, yet it's the most important thing in life. To please Him, you first have to know His will. Only when you know His will can you begin to fulfil it and live accordingly. That’s why, as a child of God, the first and most important thing you have to do is to discover what God's plan is: What’s He saying to you now, and what does He want you to do?
You may ask, “Is it really possible to know the will of God? Can one actually know His will?" Absolutely! Read Ephesians 1:9; it says, “Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself.” Jesus said, “…it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven...” (Matthew 13:11). It’s your heritage to know the will of the Father.
In Colossians 1:9, the Lord also expressed His desire for you to “…be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding.” You know His will from studying His Word. God’s Word is the revelation of His will.
As you study the Word, the Father’s heart—His thoughts, plans and purposes are unveiled to you. His light will dawn in your heart as truth unveils. Then you understand God’s way of thinking and are synchronized with Him.

THE SOURCE OF LIFE
📖━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us (1 John 1:2).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
All around us are living things: people, plants, animals and even microscopic organisms. But what gives them life? What’s the substance of life? Men may have been able to form the human body and to create plants, but no one has ever created life. The best they’ve done is to take life from a living thing and put it into another, as the very source of life is unknown to man; he can’t create it.
The opening verse above says, “For the life was manifested….” What a construction! This is referring to Jesus Christ; He’s the embodiment of life. He’s the real essence. Life in its entirety was encapsulated in a human body and manifested to us in the Person of Jesus Christ.
He is that life which was with the Father and was manifested to us (1 John 1:2). Everything gets life from Him. When He walked the earth, He didn’t need life from God; He was life! In John 5:26, He said, “For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself.” This explains why He’s able to give life to anyone and to everything.
1 John 5:11-12 says, “And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.” Blessed be God! The life that Jesus gives destroys and repels the works of darkness in the human body.
Always be more conscious of your divinity and walk in victory, for Christ our life is now in you, and as He is, so are we in this world. Amen.

In His prayer to the Father in John 17, the Lord Jesus made some of the most enthralling statements that encapsulate His love for us and oneness with us. Think about what He said in verse 22: “And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one.” This is huge! Jesus has given you glory. Glory means beauty, excellence, success, greatness and prosperity.
Glory includes health. The Bible says “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth” (3 John 1:2). God doesn’t want you sick; He wants you healthy all the time. That’s a life of glory.
2 Peter 1:3 says, “According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue.” Your life is for the glory of God.
Talking about you, the new creation, the Bible says: “Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified” (Romans 8:30).You’ve been glorified! Many Christians have believed that God predestinated them, called them, and justified them; but not many know they’ve been glorified.
Manifest the glory of God in your job, in your finances, and your family. Every so often, declare, “I’m glorified in Christ. The dominion of sin, darkness and sickness is broken from my life. There’s joy in my life and my home. I walk in the glory of God always!” Blessed be God!

THE TABERNACLE OF PRAISE

And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the Lord (Psalm 27:6).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
In the days of David, there were two tabernacles: one was in Gibeon, while the other was in Jerusalem. 1 Chronicles 16 talks about both of them. The Tabernacle in Gibeon, which was the tabernacle of Moses, was the place of sacrifice (Read 1 Chronicles 16:39-40 NIV).
The tabernacle in Jerusalem, which was the tabernacle of David, had Levitical singers whom David had appointed to minister before the Ark of God: “And he (David) appointed certain of the Levites to minister before the ark of the Lord, and to record, and to thank and praise the Lord God of Israel” (1 Chronicles 16:4). The Levites were to minister before the ark night and day, singing praises to the Lord.
While in Gibeon, they were offering the sacrifices of bulls and goats in Jerusalem; they offered sacrifices of praise and thanksgiving continually to the Lord. David said, “I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving. This also shall please the Lord better than an ox or bullock that hath horns and hoofs” (Psalm 69:30-31).
Many years later, in the New Testament, James, while debating with some Church elders about God’s plan for the Gentiles, quoted a prophecy: “After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up” (Acts 15:16). Notice the Lord didn’t say, “I will build again the tabernacle of Moses.” Rather, He said He would build again the tabernacle of David where was unending praise.
This tells us what we're supposed to have in the Church today: unending praise in the sanctuary! It’ll usher us into a higher and more glorious arena of life and ministry, as we build a living tabernacle that'll never be destroyed.

Some of those present made a joke of it and derisively said they were simply drunk and full of intoxicating wine. But the truth is, they were making spiritual incantations. What exactly were they saying?
To the mockers, these disciples were only “stammering,” just as the Prophet Isaiah said in Isaiah 28:11, “For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people.” It was the best way Isaiah could relate with or interpret this awesome blessing of the New Testament. They knew nothing about this in the Old Testament.
In Isaiah’s visions, he might have heard some kinds of stuttering or something similar to a speech disorder—a disorder involving hesitations and involuntary repetitions of certain sounds—revealed to him in the Spirit. But Paul had a greater insight and tells us that through those “stammerings” or “stutterings,” we speak the wisdom of God in esoteric language (1 Corinthians 2:7).
In other words, the Holy Spirit orchestrated the utterances given to us, which we speak in tongues; therefore, they’re not mere involuntary recitations or repetitions; these are incantations. Incantations are ritual recitations of words or sounds with supernatural effect, synonymous with conjuration. This is what we do when we speak in tongues.
While praying, you may find yourself repeating just one syllable; continue. You’re making incantations of the Spirit; you’re speaking forth God’s plans in words and sounds orchestrated by the Holy Spirit that’ll change things and your life forever.

Dear Father, thank you for the blessing of speaking in other tongues, and incantations of the Spirit. Even now, as I speak in tongues, I speak forth your plans in words and sounds orchestrated by the Holy Spirit; I speak forth your will, plans and purposes concerning issues of importance; I bring your perfect will to pass in my life and in all my endeavours, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory (Colossians 1:27).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
Throughout this month, take some time every day, or at least for the next two weeks, and meditate on the verse of scripture above. Lie on your bed and repeat them out loud again and again. Walk around thinking and muttering, “Christ is in me.” I did this many years ago and it sure transformed my life. I needed to capture the essence and reality of that verse. I wanted it to soak into my spirit, and it did!
“Christ in you” isn’t a religious talk; it’s a divine reality. Sadly, the power of that reality isn’t yet as effectual in the lives of some as it should be. That’s the reason for their whining and grumbling; the lack, headaches and fevers they complain of! It’s the reason some have wounds, sicknesses and diseases that are said to be incurable.
How could you be sick, if indeed, Christ indwells your physical body? Remember Aeneas; though a Christian, had been paralysed and bedridden for eight years. Then came Peter to his house. All that Peter said was, “Aeneas, Christ makes you well: get up!” Immediately, the man was healed.
Peter understood the reality, the power and the essence of Christ living in a man. What did Paul say in Romans 8:10? He said, “And if Christ is in you, although the body may be dead because of sin, the Spirit gives it life because of righteousness.”
Before Christ came into you, your body was death-doomed or death-prone. You were susceptible to the curse of sin and were therefore subject to Satan, condemnation, sickness, disease, poverty and death. But then the Bible says, “…if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you. (Romans 8:11). This has already happened. The Spirit lives in you now and has given life—vitalized your mortal or hitherto death-doomed body.
Your life, now that you’re born again, is death-proof. You have to insist on that, otherwise, you’ll be buffeted by the elements of life. But when you consciously meditate on Christ and His life in you, He’ll manifest Himself in your physical body and dispel everything that’s not of God. Christ in you is the greatest blessing of all!

YOUR EXALTED PLACE IN HIM
📖━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son (Colossians 1:13).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
Oftentimes, some Christians describe their encounters with demons and how they’re often oppressed by the powers of darkness. To such folks, the question that often comes to my mind is, “Who is Jesus? Didn’t He give us power over devils?”
The Bible says we’ve been delivered—transferred and translated—from the jurisdiction of darkness into the Kingdom of God’s Love-Son. That’s your current place of domicile. You’re far above principalities and powers; vitally and effectively superior to Satan and the demons of hell!
Jesus said in Luke 10:19, “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” Until and unless this becomes your present-hour consciousness, perception and outlook on life, you’ll live a life that’s far lower than your calling in Christ.
Here’s something I did many years ago that I recommend you do for yourself: get your notepad or diary and write as a title, “Why I have power over devils.” Then, get into the Bible and write out every scripture you can find about Jesus, who He is, and who you are in Him! You’d be amazed and inspired by what you’d discover about Jesus Christ, the power He’s given you, and your exalted place in Him. You’re in Him; inseparably one with Him. As He is, so are you in this world (1 John 4:17).
How is He? He is the effulgence of the Father’s glory. He is glory personified. Who is He? He’s Himself, God! Where is He? He’s at the place of highest honour and supreme authority in the heavenly realm: “…exalted as first above every ruler, authority, government, and realm of power in existence! He is gloriously enthroned over every name that is ever praised, not only in this age, but in the age that is coming” (Ephesians 1:21 TPT). The most enthralling part of it all is that you’re in Him, gloriously enthroned with Him and exalted, far above every ruler, authority, government and realm of power in existence. Blessed be God!

I live in the Kingdom of God’s Love-Son; that’s the realm into which I was born; a realm of glory, beyond time and space; the realm of the miraculous. THE HOLY SPIRIT IS THE DIVINE ESSENCE
📖━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
That is why I would remind you to stir up (rekindle the embers of, fan the flame of, and keep burning) the [gracious] gift of God, [the inner fire] that is in you by means of the laying on of my hands [with those of the elders at your ordination] (2 Timothy 1:6 AMPC).

Think about this: The same Spirit by which Jesus cast out devils, healed the sick, raised the dead and did all the amazing miracles that He did, lives in you today. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God; He’s the divine essence. He’s exactly like Jesus. He doesn’t receive power from God; He’s the POWER of God! He’s the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father.
The Holy Spirit isn’t less than the Father, nor is He less than Jesus. The Bible says it was Him that raised Jesus from the dead (Romans 8:11). This Holy Spirit has also vitalized your hitherto death-prone body. Your body is now His temple (1 Corinthians 6:19). Hallelujah! What does this mean for you?
It means if ever your body is afflicted, if any wound or anomaly surfaces in your body, it’ll be taken care of by the Holy Spirit. He perambulates in you to ensure nothing goes wrong in or with your physical body. This is the reality! So, every so often, activate His power in you by speaking in tongues and affirming His Word.
You don’t have to attend “revival” meetings to activate the power of the Spirit. Just start declaring His Word concerning your life, and before long, His divine power will course through your being. Blessed be God!

SAVED BY HIS RESURRECTION
📖━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
In Romans 10:9, the Bible says, “…if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” It lets us know that the resurrection of Jesus Christ is where Christianity came from.
To be a Christian, you’ve got to believe in the resurrection. If you don't believe in the resurrection, you can't believe in the death, because the death had to occur before the resurrection. Actually, the best rendering of Romans 10:9 is, “If you’ll confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you’ll be saved.”
You may say, “Pastor Chris, but it says you confess first and then you believe next.” No; you believe first before you confess. That's the principle. The next verse explicitly clarifies it: “For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation” (Romans 10:10). Hallelujah!
When you believe with your heart, you’re made right with God. We believed in Jesus Christ and we were given right standing, and with the confession of His lordship, we were catapulted into salvation. That’s the simple principle.
2 Corinthians 4:13 says, “We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak.” It shows that you believe, and then you speak. Every man, woman, boy and girl ever born, and that’ll ever be born into this world has already been legally “saved” by Jesus Christ. When He died, He died to save all humanity. But that salvation becomes a vital experience—active—in the life of the one who believes, not only that Jesus died, but that He was raised from the dead for our justification. Praise God!

INTERCEDING FOR ALL MEN
📖━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty (1 Timothy 2:1-2).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
The scripture above outlines the kinds of prayers that we should pray for all men: “supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks.” We must pray like this, and oftentimes, with fasting, so that God's purpose to have the mass of humanity come to Christ will be actualized. The Bible says He wants all men saved, including leaders of nations.
This is the day of His grace and of His salvation. Therefore, in prayer, present that argument; the Bible says the grace of God that brings salvation has been made available to all men (Titus 2:11). In Christ, salvation has already been wrought for every man. But we know what keeps people in darkness. The Bible says, “But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them” (2 Corinthians 4:3-4).
Satan is the one who has blinded the minds of men so they wouldn’t believe the Gospel; he’s the reason some will do anything to resist the message of the Gospel. But in prayer, you break his hold and influence over men’s lives.
Always take out time to intercede passionately for those in your world who haven’t yet known the Lord. Pray that every resistance is removed for them to receive the truth with understanding and embrace the Word of God for their salvation.
Also, pray for leaders, that they’ll have the will, desire, and boldness to do what is right and refuse to yield to corruption and negative influences. Prophesy often that peace prevails in the cities, towns and nations of the world, and the Gospel has free course where you live and work.

AGONIZING FOR SOULS IN PRAYER
📖 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
For Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God (Colossians 4:12).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
The Apostle Paul knew how to agonize in prayer for the souls of men. He understood the principles of prevailing prayer—soul travail. For example, in 1 Corinthians 15:32, he said, “…I have fought with beasts at Ephesus….” There, he was talking about something that happened in the spirit. It was a spiritual warfare.
In Revelation 19:11, the Apostle John tells us, “…in righteousness he doth judge and make war.” We judge and make war in righteousness. The phrase “make war” is the Greek, “polemeo” and it means to be (engaged) in warfare, to battle or fight. Instead of “war,” it’s also sometimes translated “battle.”
“War” is also translated from “stratomai,” which has to do with war as in soldiers in a warfare. But then there's “Agonisomai” (Greek); another word for war which is more about contending for something (Colossians 1:29; 4:12). This time, it’s more passionate and intense, and it doesn't necessarily use arms.
That’s where the English word “agonize” is derived. That’s what we’re expected to do in praying for lost souls— we “agonize,” because we have an adversary that’s warring against us. Ephesians 6:12 says, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."
The word “wrestle” is the generic term for war, battle, fight, or struggle; letting us know that all of these have to do with our adversary. 2 Corinthians 4:3-4 tells us about this adversary and the extent of his wickedness. It says, “But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost. In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.”
This is why you must pray intensely for sinners to be delivered from the power of Satan into the glorious liberty of the sons of God. Agonize for them in prayer. This is a priority in warring a good warfare (1 Timothy 2:1-2).

FAITH THAT CONQUERS THE WORLD

For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith (1 John 5:4).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
The verse above in the Amplified Classic says, “For whatever is born of God is victorious over the world; and this is the victory that conquers the world, even our faith.” It’s talking about faith from God, from His eternal Word to our spirit! That’s the faith that conquers the world!
Romans 12:3 says, “…God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.” Hallelujah! Then in Romans 10:17, it says, “…faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” This is why it’s important that you expose your spirit to the Word.
The more you hear or study the Word, the more faith comes to you; faith to rule your world. With that faith, you have dominion over circumstances and victory over the world and its systems. However, faith not expressed won’t prevail. You express your faith in words and actions, for the Bible says faith speaks!
Rule your world with your faith-filled words. Your words have force; they have energy. If someone says to you, “But you’ve been speaking the Word for some time now, and nothing is changing.” Remind them of what the Bible says: “If the clouds be full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth…” (Ecclesiastes 11:3).
Keep speaking the Word in faith and watering your clouds with prayers. As you do, the spiritual cloud becomes thick with spiritual water, and nothing can stop the downpour! Blessed be God!

FAITH: THE EFFECT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS
📖━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever (Isaiah 32:17).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
Our opening verse lists quietness and assurance as the effect of righteousness; that’s faith! Faith is the quiet or confident assurance that things favourably expected shall come to pass: “Faith is the confident assurance that something we want is going to happen…” (Hebrews 11:1 TLB). This perfectly describes the effect of righteousness we read about in our opening verse. It could have simply read, “And the effect of righteousness shall be faith.”
In all of the Old Testament, the word “faith” appears only twice and it wasn’t in connection with people demonstrating faith toward God. The first time it was used in the Old Testament was in Deuteronomy 32:20. The next time was Habakkuk 2:4: “…but the just shall live by his faith”; a prophetic reference to the new creation. But now, faith has come! It’s our lifestyle. Being born again, we were born righteous and the effect of righteousness is mountain-moving faith. Hallelujah!
Because of righteousness, you have power over every crisis; you rule over the elements and corrupting influences of this world. You can live without fear, worries, conflicts and agitations. Isaiah 54:14 says, “In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near thee.” Hallelujah!
No more fear or oppression in your life because you’re established in Christ’s righteousness. You’re no longer in the jurisdiction of darkness; of those who are oppressed by circumstances, situations, demon spirits, etc. You’ve been translated into the Kingdom of God’s Love-Son; the realm of blessings, dominion and glory. Praise God!

HIS GOODNESS IN THE EARTH
📖━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the LORD (Psalm 33:5).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
Some don’t believe that the earth is truly full of the goodness of God. But that’s exactly what the verse above unequivocally declares. All that some have experienced in their lives is bitterness and pain. Part of the reason for this is the works of wicked and evil men and women. These evil manipulators destroy the economies of nations for their selfish gain.
Nevertheless, there's more than enough food and good things for every human being on the face of the earth. There's more than enough wealth in this world. There's more than enough grace in this world. There's more than enough power and ability in this world. It’s one of the reasons God wants us to intercede for all men so they can enjoy all that He’s blessed them with in the earth.
We read it: the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord (Psalm 33:5). Therefore, affirm that the lines are fallen unto you in pleasant places; you have a goodly heritage (Psalm 16:6). Believe it and act accordingly. God said, "My people are destroyed for the lack of knowledge...” (Hosea 4:6). But knowledge has come to you today: all the blessings of God upon the earth are yours to enjoy.
Don’t settle for less. He said in Psalm 50:10-11, “For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills. I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine.” Then in Psalm 24:1, David said, “The earth is the LORD's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.” No wonder Paul said, “...All things are yours” (1 Corinthians 3:21); because you’re an heir of God and a joint heir with Christ. Hallelujah!

Gracious Father, the whole earth is filled with your glory and goodness, but many are in bitterness and pain. Therefore, in the Name of the Lord Jesus, I come against the works of ungodly men who have filled the earth with violence, poverty and deaths, keeping men from experiencing your goodness in the earth. Their works are frustrated, and God’s people experience your blessings, health, prosperity and power, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

CHRIST OUR LIFE
📖━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory (Colossians 3:4).
Pastor Chris Says
━━━━━━━━━━
Christ is our life! Blessed be God! Just the thought causes the power of God to course through my being. We’re not ordinary. When you received Christ, something actually transpired: the life and nature of God was imparted to your spirit. You no longer have the human life; you have the Christ-life, the divine life.
This was the Apostle Paul’s summation when he declared, “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh (in this body) I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me” (Galatians 2:20). What an overwhelmingly deepseated conviction!
Paul referenced the same thought in Colossians 3:10 when he said that as new creations, we’ve put on the new man who’s been renewed in knowledge after the image of Christ. In other words, the more you learn about Him and experience Him in knowledge, the more He’s expressed in and through you. That’s Christian growth.
When the knowledge of the divine life in you sinks into your spirit through meditation, it becomes your constant consciousness. It becomes your practice, experience and way of life. How could anything go wrong with your liver, heart, or kidney when Christ is your life?
The Bible says if Christ is in you, even if your body were dead or ravaged by sickness or disease because of sin, the Spirit gives it life because of righteousness— the life and nature of God in you (Romans 8:10). The depraved, defeated, destroyed and broken human life has been supplanted by the Christ-life—the divine life of righteousness, honour, peace and glory. Glory to God!
