Flat purchase doubts
So, there's an independent flat which is offering us the top floor for INR 7200 per sft. However they want to do the agreement in a different way. They want to register the flat for INR 3000/ per sft (circle rates) and for the rest they want to do a work order of INR 3500 per sft (Effectively bringing down their tax and my stamp duty + registration charges as well). Rest amount which is INR 500 (7200-3000-3500) per sft they want to take in black. Since I have never heard of this thing called work order in a home loan purchase my question is that does such a transaction hamper the valuation of the flat in the future or cause some other troubles ?

Anyone who works in Osmania University or Took Transcripts From Osmania University please help me regarding this.
My memos had wrong surname on them. I got them all changed. When my college tried to change the name in records OU just didn't change it and kept giving me memos with wrong name until now. I even got CMM and Provisional wrong. Now I want to apply for Transcripts using the New, Correct Name memos. Will they still have a wrong name on them or the Correct one?

Need advice on hiding prescription anti-depressants from mom while flying from RGIA
PS: I fly only on the rarest of the rare occasions, come from a family that is strictly anti-medicine, and no, I am not a smuggler, its just that am unwell -(
I have been prescribed several medicines, including anti-depressants, for a few medical conditions. I will be flying with my mom, who is unaware about these health conditions, out of state from RGIA. I will be carrying these medicines in the cabin/hand baggage. Now, will the guards even care about my medicine pouch in the first place?
Let's say they do question me (a guy) and I provide the prescriptions as proof, in the meantime can my mom see, after she gets frisked, on whats happening on the male frisking side?
Which is a better place to carry my medicine pouch, hand baggage or check-in luggage, in terms of my mom not getting to know about these drugs, even if I were to be questioned by the officers?

Need advise on sexually harassing spam calls
I have been receiving harassing calls since February from several numbers, from what seems like a drunk (most times the voice seems like that) jobless group. I keep blocking these numbers and they keep calling me from different numbers, and it's the same everytime with the men speaking terribly disturbing things on the phone. I am guessing they do these to random numbers of women they find. This has been going on for months and they have easily over 20 different numbers that they call from. I keep blocking the numbers and few days later get a call from a new number speaking the exact same shit. Most of these calls I get in the morning so you can imagine the disturbing start I have to my day.
I complained to She Team and Cyberabad police over WhatsApp and they tried calling these numbers. They told me I'll have to file an FIR since these men are not answering calls from them, to end this with a warning.
Has anyone else been experiencing this? Do you'll have any advise to handle this? I've been blocking numbers but they call from different numbers and just that voice and the shit they speak is traumatizing enough to spoil my day.

Disappointed with the Islamophobia in this sub
Reading the hateful comments under the post on Rizwan's tweet was so disappointing to see. Criticising Rizwan, I can understand. But why question the loyalty of your own people based on a neutral cricket match? I was in the stadium during the Pakistan vs Sri Lanka match. The crowd was absolutely brilliant, supporting both the teams. Hell, the cheer when Babar got out was as loud as the cheer when he walked in to bat. When the city does not get an India game, the people will obviously want to enjoy good cricket, and they did. Hyderabad showed respect to good cricket on the field.
But then I see such comments, questioning the loyalty of your own fellow cityfolk. You'll need to be ashamed of yourselves. Propaganda has corrupted your brains.
And I am a proud Hyderabadi, who is a Hindu.

Loves a guy from another caste..
Hi, 25f met a guy 28m in 2020 and we gradually strated liking eachother. In 2022 we moved into a relationship and we have always planned to end it within a few months only since the possibility of we getting married is close to zero. Now we recently began talking about future and he said he wants to marry me and I was on cloud nine. But the catch here is my parents will never accept him, I belong to OC and he belongs to a backward caste. I do not really care about it. My dad is in police, I'm afraid that if i disclose this to them, he will even use physical violence along with all the verbal abuses. The guy is really good and in the past 3 years I have learnt everything about him. I really love him and so does he. My parents have started looking for matches actively now, and the irony is he checks every box of their criteria except the caste. How do I reject those and how do I tell them this.

Never trust an ambulance, some people are good and some are cruel.
Today around 6:35 PM there was an accident on the shaikpet flyover. A reckless driver was driving an auto at full speed (around 65 kmph) and tried to take slight turn. The auto toppled and he fell out of it with injuries and he became unconscious. Fortunately the auto did not collide with any other vehicle on the road. We tried to call 108 ambulance service and it was pathetic. It took 5 minutes to connect the call and they told ambulance will be sent in 5 min. After 5 min we called again and they have not yet assigned an ambulance. They took 20 minutes to assign an ambulance and that particular ambulance was in Gachibowli.
Meanwhile we were trying to get some help from moving vehicles but none are ready to help. In addition there are some cruel people who get down from the vehicle not to help but to see the bleeding person and enquire what happened. Much worst than that is people stopping to take photos and videos. We had to stop another suto forcefully and literally warn him to take him to the hospital. It might not be ethical but there was no other option.
Thanks to every person who tried to help.
To the people who were got down from vehicles and caused extra traffic issue and taking photos and videos (probably for your social media) please die as early as possible.

Gave my car to valet @ star hospital banjara hills, their parking has the same entry for both entry and exit and while bringing the car out the valet had to take reverse then hit the wall, now I’ve to change the bumper and a sensor which costs me 4-6L 🤕.
Can’t even claim insurance since I still didn’t get it registered

A monkey just walked over my neck, I'm worried!
Compound wall meeda neck ala unchi call matladthunna, sudden ga oka monkey ah wall meeda nundi velletappudu it stepped on my neck, it didn't attempt to scratch or bite me but I felt some pressure from it's nails and I've cleaned the area with soap. Upon checking there was a minor scratch, I immediately went to a clinic, the physician there told me it hasn't made any deep cuts on the skin but a minor one and gave me Tetanus toxoid shot and didn't recommend any vaccine. Is this sufficient, I'm kinda paranoid about rabies?
