Noto Emoji plus 14 v12 regular based on unicode 14

-added windows support
-removed my "dark emoji fixes" to keep it close to original Google emojis
-fixes

To install Windows version just install it as regular font. This won't replace them but it will add support for more emojis. You can also remove Windows emojis so you will get all flags and all emojis will have Google emoji style.
Windows version also works on linux and for most gtk based DE all you have is just install this font.
NOTE: Some emojis can't be displayed on windows version like U14 emojis and windows cats and skin color variants for some emojis

finally got these a12 mojis (not all are included yet but i'll update once i have leak of this exactly font
missing 🍆🍑 emojis (weird why they have not been included yet 👀)
There is also new Phone emoji
New wireless mouse
New house emoji and many more
My all tools to make diff doesn't work rn so can't tell exactly what changed and i'll tell it later
