1. The Hadhramaut region will remain under the UAE-backed Hadhrami Elite Forces, all other UAE factions will withdraw from the region.

2. All districts along the Saudi border in the Hadhramaut and al-Mahrah regions will remain under Saudi-backed Homeland Shield Forces, HEF.

3. Al-Abr, a vital city in the Hadhramaut region, will return to Saudi-backed HEF.

4. Saudi-backed HEF to take control of northern and central al-Mahrah, as well as most of the Oman border. The coast will remain under UAE-backed STC control.

5. The Southern Arab flag will fly in STC and pro-STC controlled Yemen. The Yemeni flag will fly in the districts along the Saudi border that are under HEF control.

6. UAE and Saudi will no longer power-share Aden. The Southern Transitional Council will assume full control of Aden. Saudi-backed Presidential Leadership Council to withdraw entirely.

7. UAE takes full control of the Socotra island – Saudi forces to withdraw.

8. The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council to punish those who shot surrendered Saudi-backed forces, and who committed extrajudicial killings and other executions.

9. Saudi Arabia and the UAE will reduce the tensions of the media war. Both sides will agree to de-escalate media campaigns against one another.

10. A second round of talks to be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

M23 have captured the large towns of Luvungi, Luberizi and Sange along the N5 highway - Uvira direction, eastern DR Congo.

Large-scale Burundi reinforcements, FDNB, have arrived in Dunda, along the border. Violent clashes are ongoing between the M23 and the FDNB in Kigurwe, which is the final FDNB stronghold before Dunda.

In the past few hours, the M23 have entered the town of Runingo from the north, where clashes are taking place between the Rwandan-backed group and the Congolese military, FARDC. M23 are now less than 20km from Uvira.

In the past 48 hours, a few Wazalendo Maji-Maji factions defected and have joined the M23, most notably the large Maji-Maji group of Lungwe.
