Removal policy from judiciary.uk and other connected information

Since Dr Sam White's High Court win against the GMC it seems that the judgement has been removed from the judiciary website:

This is rather strange, as the win sets a precedent for other doctors to speak freely on social media.

Some clarification has been requested:

Matt Cooper made this Freedom of Information request to HM Courts and Tribunals Service:

"I would like to request the following:
- The policy on removals of judgements from the website "judiciary.uk"
- All emails between the 1st September 2022 and the date of receipt of this request, which containing in either the subject or body the string "CO/3095/2021", or otherwise pertains to the judgement for the White vs GMC case, which was published on "judiciary.uk" on the 3rd December 2021
- The number of judgements removed from the website "judiciary.uk" between 1st December 2021 and 31st December 2022, aling with a list of judgement reference numbers and basic case party information for each one.

Dear all,
I’ve been clear from the moment this topic arose that it’s global power Grab & a first public step towards a One World Government or NWO.
Obviously I oppose the WHO treaty.
1. In a novel public health crisis, no one has a monopoly on optimal responses. Separate country experimentation plus good communications rapidly derives the best approaches.
2. It’s hideously undemocratic.
3. The WHO, allied to WEF & others, is a criminal racket.
4. It IS a takeover plot. What they’re publicly worrying about has never happened (a SEVERE pandemic of respiratory illness). The 1918 Spanish Flu wasn’t anything like the history shows. Thd deaths were mostly bacterial pneumonia. You know my interpretation of covid19. The reason a severe pandemic can’t occur (in my opinion) is that only symptomatic people can transmit to others (accepting germ theory for a moment) yet these people are ILL & remain out of general circulation. This crushes the reproduction number and terminates transmission, just as was claimed for SARS-1 & MERS. Were this not the case, humanity would have been imperilled many times.

We must ALL OBJECT to avoid this supranational control being installed. I wish I knew how to do it!

Hi everyone

Please help us leaflet the whole of the City of Oxford on Sunday 8th of January.

The more people who volunteer the better. The first 100 to arrive on the day get a free Not Our Future T-shirt. Each group of two or three will be given a ward to go to and a list of streets to leaflet.

We need to start doing this all over the country every week to get the word out about every aspect of the “bad” future being built for us by default.

Oxford and 15 Minute Neighbourhoods is the first project of many.
