The PARAMEDIC-2 trial concluded that adrenaline improves short-term survival, but not neurological outcomes, and its cost-effectiveness is only justifiable when the value of organ donation is included. This raises critical ethical questions regarding the real motives behind continued adrenaline use, especially when administered to patients who may not even be in cardiac arrest.

In the case of our daughter Paloma Scarlet Shemirani, a 23-year-old multilingual Cambridge graduate, the evidence shows that she was never in cardiac arrest, yet she was given adrenaline doses equivalent to 12 times what her body weight would warrant, and administered via intraosseous She was also given paralysing agents, via femoral line in our home commonly used to facilitate organ procurement, not recovery. The truth is undeniable: she did not die of cancer. She died from gross negligence manslaughter.

The PARAMEDIC-2 Trial: Survival or Supply Chain?

The original trial (Perkins et al., N Engl J Med, 2018) showed adrenaline improved return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC), but most survivors suffered severe brain damage. A 2020 economic analysis published in Resuscitation revealed the following:

“Adrenaline was not cost-effective when only directly related costs and consequences are considered. However, incorporating the indirect economic effects associated with transplanted organs substantially alters cost-effectiveness.”

This admits that organ donation was factored in as a justification for giving adrenaline, despite its failure to improve real patient-centred outcomes.

Paloma’s Case: No Cardiac Arrest, No Consent, Yet Overdosed.

Adrenaline given: Far in excess x 12 and too rapidly of BNF dosage (which is 10mcg/kg in cardiac arrest)

Procurement Theft Drives Fraud Costs Soaring In Ministry Of Defence

"Procurement fraud has sent costs soaring at the Ministry of Defence (MoD), after new figures revealed it had led to 90 per cent of detected fraud value since 2020.

A written question, tabled by Maria Eagle in April, required the Government to find cases of fraud in the MoD since the Conservatives came to power 14 years ago.

Defence fraud has cost the Government almost £1 billion since 2010. Cases of procurement fraud appeared to be the main driving force for the rising costs over the last four years. It accounted for more than 90 per cent of the total figure of just over £600 million costs since 2020.

Procurement fraud was broadly defined in 2011 by National Fraud Authority as covering a wide range of "illegal activities from bid rigging during the pre-contract award phase through to false invoicing in the post-contract award phase".

A 2021 Public Accounts Committee report found the MoD's procurement system was "broken", and repeatedly wasting billions of pounds of taxpayers' money. This was backed up by a 2023 Defence Committee report, which found it was "highly bureaucratic, overly stratified, far too ponderous, with an inconsistent approach to safety, very poor accountability and a culture which appears institutionally averse to individual responsibility."

In recent years there have been allegations that the MoD paid millions of pounds to a firm that being was used as a conduit for secret payments to Saudi officials, along with warnings that a £3.2bn delayed battlefield system could become a "disaster".

Theft of defence assets has also increased, from costing the Government £19,000 between 2019/2020 to £1.38million between 2023/24. From 2019 the detected cost of fraud in the MoD shot up considerably, driven by rising procurement fraud costs. From 2019/2020 the costs rose to £52.97m; they were then £57.27m in 2020/21, before rising to £147.24m between 2021/22."

"If you thought RAF jets were owned by the RAF, think again.
The RAF squadron targeted for a repaint by Palestine Action due to its involvement in supplying Israel’s genocide, does not in fact belong to the RAF at all. It belongs ultimately to Polygon Global Partners LLP, a Hedge Fund.
Through a chain of seven cutout companies, which I will take you through, the direct ownership is with Airtanker Ltd, which gives its address as RAF Brize Norton. It owns, maintains and operates the RAF’s Voyager refuelling aircraft, which have been providing mid-air refuelling to the Israeli Defence Forces as well as carrying, in their cargo role, munitions to the IDF.

Defence spending is more prone to corruption than any other form of spending and that is why venial politicians are always extremely keen to boost it. No UK politician has ever proposed to increase defence spending by more than Keir Starmer, who wants to lift it by £120 billion a year.

The RAF’s Voyager aircraft are effectively being provided under the Private Finance Initiative. Exactly how much money the hedge fund managers and this string of companies are taking out of the defence budget is hard to know.

One particularly surprising fact is that it is plain that the private companies are also providing the RAF ground crew. Who employs the flight crews is not entirely clear.

That such an obviously rotten and corrupt arrangement exists in the RAF I had no idea. Some British military personnel are in fact contracted mercenaries. It gives new context to the active RAF involvement in the Genocide in Gaza.

Palestine Action’s excellent act of resistance in vandalising this Hedge Fund Air Force has brought all of this to our attention. Which is yet a further reason to be grateful to Palestine Action."

The discussion as to the limits of free speech with regards to a military organisation cannot happen devoid of the context of that same military organisation perpetrating genocide. Within that context, given there is no action more depraved than that, I do not think there can be a limit set to free speech by anyone. The limit must be set to the action first, not the words.

How this works as explained by Kate Shemirani, and the reason why they are going for her:

-Someone faints, gets a heart attack or equivalent

-The paramedics arrive with a "organ donation" coordinator

-The paramedics then inject "andrenalin" (too strong dosage)

-These injected chemicals effectively target the brain

-Heart is still beating but now the brain is injured

-The patient is now worth £1.5m in the eyes of the "donor coordinator"

-Patient is declared "brain dead" (brain injured by the injection)

-Now a quick decision is taken to take the organs

-Patient is now injected a paralysing agent, not an anaesthetic which can damage the organs

-The "brain dead" patient is still alive, just injured and paralysed by injections

-The organs are taken

-The patient suffers and dies as a rest of the organs being taken.

Effectively the paramedic team arrives with a person who has an interest in the organs not the person, and the protocol of injections does the rest.

This is not too far off Covid patients being killed with Midazolam, Remdesivir and opioids.

It is happening more and more especially with young people.

When they say a young person "died of a heart attack" in the UK they can easily have been victims of the above.

The chances of survival is now higher without the current "andrenalin" injections than with them. "The ‘Tech Bros’ vision is wildly radical; it is ‘authoritarian libertarianism’. Peter Thiel, for example, argues that a small posse of Oligarchs should rule the empire, unfettered by any democratic limitation; that the future should be based in ‘disruptive technology’; be robotic and AI driven; and that the populace should be tightly ‘managed’ through AI control.

The Trump Economic Team’s vision is quite different: Trump’s own primordial objective – to which geo-politics is subordinate – is to shore up the dollar as the world’s main trading currency. This objective however can only be sustained through addressing America’s unsustainable debt overhang.

The overhang reflects the imbalance that built up after 1970 when the U.S. trade account slipped into deficit: On the one hand, the U.S. has facilitated an exaggeratedly large sphere of global dollar indebtedness to splurge worldwide; but at the same time, this massive inverted pyramid of debt rests on a diminutive and shrinking American production base.

In other words, whilst America benefited enormously from these capital inflows, it can no longer expect to grow itself out of its own, self-created debt-trap.

Team Trump proposes to address this imbalance through devaluing the dollar (perhaps by up to 30%), by corporate tax cuts (to induce a return of overseas manufacturing to the U.S.), and thus bringing about a managed shrinkage of the offshore dollar debt cloud relative to U.S. productive capacity.

To be clear, this does not solve the debt problem – It just buys time.

The Tariff ‘shock and awe’ strategy was intended to frighten the world into making unwise deals to accommodate this schema. The U.S. pressure on states for greater NATO defence spending too, similarly follows U.S. ‘bankruptcy best practice’ for the restructuring of existing creditors.

So far, this has not worked out as planned, due in major part to Chinese resistance. As a result, the U.S. bond-market (debt market) remains today on tenderhooks, with every auction a nail-biter.

Over simplifying things – one can see that the populist MAGA base are insisting on a return to a real human economy and well-paid employment prospects versus the contrasting dystopian view of theTech Bros, who see only a (non-human) disruptive tech, robotic and AI future. These visions are completely at odds with each other.

The problem here is obvious: The values of the Populist revolutionaries run counter to those venture-capitalist backers of Trump – such as Peter Thiel, David Sachs, Elon Musk or Marc Andreessen.

How might this be resolved? The MAGA fear is that the Silicon Valley Oligarchs possibly could rejoin the Democrats in time for the Mid-Term Congressional elections. Or even that Musk could launch a centrist Third Party (an idea that he has already mooted on social media)."
